Rhonda is a name of Welsh origin, meaning "good lance." It also possibly derives from the river Rhondda, meaning "noisy," in Wales.
Rhonda was a popular name in the 1960s. Though it may not seem like a very special or meaningful name, it is to me, most prominently because of it being popular in the 60s- I have a connection to the 60s (my mom says I would have fit right in, heh) and this girl reminded me of the 60s. I'm not sure why, maybe it was the flower crown or the hair or just her design and colors, or maybe all three, but she did. Rhonda was the first name to pop into my head, and I decided it was the name I would use for her.

Personalty:
✿ Rhonda is a shy, but kind and friendly (once you get to know her,) and talkative Plumerian. When she's around strangers, Rhonda is fairly quiet and reserved, but when around family and friends she could go on talking about nothing for hours. The only other time she's ever quiet is when she's alone (and even then she still sometimes makes little comments to herself) and when she’s listening to music. Rhonda listens to newer music and bands, but prefers music from the 60s, her favorite songs being Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash and I'm a Believer by the Monkees. She doesn't listen to music on any fancy devices like computers or CD players- no; she listens to music on an old cassette tape player, with all her favorite songs being on cassette tapes. She's pretty carefree most of the time; she takes what she gets and tries to make the best of it. She enjoys writing short, meaningful stories by hand (or paw?) and picking wildflowers to put in her hair. Overall, she is a thoughtful, kind, happy-go-lucky Plumerian, though sometimes absentminded and childish.

When you ask someone to describe a flower, what would they say? Flowers are delicate and graceful, a wonder so marvelous yet so fragile, gentle, dainty, and almost... perfect.
Lillian is very princess-y, to say the least, especially with the "bossy" part of the royal act. She acts like she's always in charge of things, it's all under her control. She seems like she somehow always knows what she's doing. Along with that, Lillian has a strong sense of justice, and tries to keep things fair, just the way she likes them.
