Pet's ID Tag:
Number 101
Name You'd Choose for It:
Full Name: Alicia Queensley
Nicknames: Alicia, Alice, or Ali. She prefers Alicia.
Gender:
Female
Reason You Want It:
Even though Alicia's design is rather complicated, I find it beautiful. I usually don't like girly looking characters, but there's just something about her design that looks nice in my eyes. Also, I really love her Alice in Wonderland theme. I've always loved the original Disney movie when I was younger, and I love the newer movie as well. And her design reminds me so much Alice in Wonderland, and I adore it. I don't really think it would be an issue getting art for her, and I would be more than happy to draw her myself. She gives me a lot of ideas and inspiration for stories and I think she would fit perfectly into one of my plots. She seems like the type of character that would fit in very well into the plot, and I hope to introduce her to it. She would be a nice change for me as many of my characters are darkly colored, insane, and male. She would have more of a feminine personality, but not very girlish at the same time. I can't say many of my female characters are feminine or even remotely act like a female. I'd make sure that she gets a page on my character site and she'd be a very beloved character <3
History/Background/Other:
[In Alicia's Point of View. This is written as if she were anthro.]
The clock strikes twelve, and I find myself falling.
I was considered royalty in where I came from, now I am just a lowly peasant in this new strange land. As the irritable queen's only daughter, I feel I should at least be regarded with a royal greeting of some sort. Apparently this place, England as they call it, has a whole different royal family. Do they not know of the Queensley bloodline? Or are they just playing stupid like many of these other imbeciles do so often? They obviously have no high respect for my people here. I am from the kingdom of Sudraba, a place of fine silver and pristine shining cities. Everything is organized and beautiful, even the wolves there. My mother, a tyrant of a queen, is the sole ruler as my father has passed on. Good riddance to him, such a horrible father. My family was so dysfunctional it wasn't even slightly amusing. All my subjects loved me, who couldn't? They thought I would make a fine queen when I came of the right age. I think I was the only reason they never tried to drive me and my family out of our own kingdom. I would have if I were them though, my parents were probably the worst rulers in history. But I loved them, how could I not? They were the two beings that brought me into existence after all, no matter how much I despise it. And how did I come to this world called Earth anyways? My memories are fuzzy, but I think it had to do something with a rabbit hole.

At midnight exactly, I sneaked out of that stuffy castle to enjoy the city at night. It was too boring and protective in that place, a girl just has to find some time to herself. Without being constantly monitored. It was a dark and cloudy night, and I couldn't see much of anything. The one thing I distinctly remembered was that little white fox boy with the clock dangling from his mouth. He wore a strange type of clothing, maybe that was why he caught my eye. Or maybe it was the fact that he was albino, I never knew it was possible for a fox to have red eyes and pale fur all at once. His piercing crimson eyes stared right at me, but they looked worried, not threatening. He ran in the direction of one of the few forests here is Sudraba. I couldn't help but follow, he was an interesting little fellow. So peculiar, yet so familiar looking at the same time. I swear I've seen him before. Before he disappeared into the woods, he finally spoke up and called "Well, are you coming Miss Queensley? We're late you know!" And with that he dashed into the woods, with me blazing after him. Wait, how did this strange child know my last name? There was something mildly disturbing about that. The fox boy stopped in front of a rather large ditch and smirked as he just hopped in. Was he crazy or something. Still, I had to see what he was up to, the curiosity burned strongly within me. I closed my eyes and started to count. 1...2...3... and I jumped into the rabbit's hole. I felt the light sensation of falling, and I was excited and completely terrified at the same time.

The adrenaline was coursing through my veins as I continued to fall through the rabbit hole. Everything was a blur and those memories are all vague now. I landed with a hard thud and I realized I was in this rather creepy room. There was a mirror directly in front of me, and absentmindedly I commented on my blonde hair. "Oh! My hair is such a mess!" I quietly exclaimed, but I jumped as I saw the fox boy in the background. My cloudy vision cleared up and I noticed that I was actually in a bedroom. The little boy ran up to me and said "We were a few minutes late, but I'm sure the master won't mind! Stay here and I will fetch him." Oh, so this child is a slave? How odd, we never had slaves in Sudraba. The pale child burst into the cozy bedroom, tugging a rather tall grey fox by the wrist. He was wearing rather different looking clothing as well, and that was the part that confused me so much about these strangers. Were they not from where I come from? And from where exactly do they hail? Whatever, the taller fox, the "master" I presume was starting to speak. "So Miss Alicia Queensley, Princess of Sudraba, do you know exactly where you are?" There was a slightly amused tone to his slightly raspy voice. I shook my head and my wavy blonde hair shimmered in the dim sunlight. He took the clock from the Fennec fox boy's hand and whispered into my ear "Tic toc, tic toc Miss Queensley. Time is running out." I looked at him with a rather confused expression and he handed me a shiny brass key with a heart on the top. It was attached to a thin, black cord. The shady grey fox left and my little ivory friend came over and said apologetically "I'm sorry for my master's shady behavior. I'm sure everything will sort itself out soon enough. That is the key to this room, which is your room now. I think you should come with me, dinner will be ready soon." He ambled off and I straightened the pastel blue bow that sat atop of my head, stood up straight, and slipped the key around my neck. I proudly followed little ghost boy, though I'm not sure of what I should be proud about at this moment.

I hold the key to my own heart, and there isn't a copy to be found.
I strode into the elegant and fragrant dining room, with candle light flickering off the walls. There was a rather lavish feast set before me with a full, golden chicken and several other mouth watering specialties. Even at the castle I never ate this well. The creepy grey fox was there again and he said "Come, sit down Alicia. I'll explain everything to you over a nice dinner." Reluctantly, I pulled out a plush, royal purple cushioned chair and carefully sat down, making sure my pale blue and white dress was neat. I daintily tucked my socked feet under the chair and placed the pink gloved hands on my lap. I fixed up my pastel bows and folded my tiny wings, those useless things, and made sure I made a good impression. He was providing me with a wonderful meal, and I needed to show proper dinner etiquette. "So Miss Queensley, have you figured out where you are yet? Or did my servant boy, Fatas here distract you?" He scolded the little boy, and I could see Fatas shrink in his seat a little bit. "I could even fathom of where I am right now. And may I ask for you name? I can't just call you that "Tall creepy fox" now can I?" I said, lightheartedly of course. The master didn't look amused, and I smiled sheepishly. "Very funny, Alice. My name is Ashkii, and you may call me that. Now, you should know where this is. Think back to your child, you've been here before." I thought long and hard, and suddenly it hit me! My mother had taken me here when I was still a toddler. But what was this place called again, was it London? I think it was, I guess I'll go with that. "Um, sir Ashkii, are we in London? I remember my other took me here when I was younger." A wicked smile curled onto the fox's face and he replied "Why yes it is young girl. We are on Earth, in England, in the city of London. So you must be wondering why you're here, am I right?" I nodded feverishly and he continued "It was arranged that on your sixteenth birthday, you would be sent here, to live a better life. You parents didn't want you to live the same miserable lives as them, so they decided to smuggle you away to Earth. You see, they have been corrupt by the ways of Sudraba. They've become vain and selfish. Well, your father's dead, but that doesn't matter now. They wanted the best for you." I was a bit confused about this whole situation. I was to live on this strange, new world now? How was I going to adjust to there different morals and typical actions? Would I be able to fit in with the other wolves and foxes? My head swirled with all these questions and I even forgot to eat for a second. I was quite for the rest of the meal. When I finished, Ashkii gestured for me to stand up and said "Well, good night Miss Alicia Queensley. My boy Fatas will escort you to your room." I got up and followed the fox boy to my quarters.

Theme Song:
"Well, she lives in a fairytale
Somewhere too far for us to find
Forgotten the taste and smell
Of the world that she's left behind."

Name You'd Choose for It: Hallows

Gender:
Female

Reason You Want It:
My favourite holiday is Halloween {Silly because I get scared too easily o-o;} and her design is just absolutely beautiful, Tripp I always love your designs. <3 I love her colours and how well they all match together. She's just really pretty and she'd make a perfect friend for my halloween kitty :3 The only thing I'd change is her hair colour, is that ok? o3o

History/Background/Other:
Quickly running through the night, Hallows' breath grew heavy and she was too exhausted to continue. She pressed up against a tree and peeked around "Sir she's gone!" a man's voice suddenly announced. The female smiled to herself and remained silent and still, she held her breath in case the little clouds gave her away. She shivered as the cold reached her bones and she wrapped her coat around her, she waited. Hearing footsteps getting closer she froze, eyes narrowed as the men passed her, the torches on their guns lighting up the forest. "Damn that Hallows" the leader hissed "You hear that!" he suddenly yelled "Your time will come!" Hallows raised an eyebrow, attempting not to laugh at the silly man. She watched them run off and then grinned "Spooks? Spooks where are you?" she whispered. No reply. "Trust that cat" she snorted rolling her eyes, walking in a different direction from the men she gripped her gun ready for anything.

"Well well well~" A voice sung, Hallows froze "Not him!" she growled in her head. She raised her torch in front of her and it illuminated the male wolf in front of her. "What do you want Nix?" she snarled, Nix laughed as he heard the gun click "I don't think you're in any position to be killing another person" he grinned. "Just go away" Hallows snorted pushing past him, he grabbed her arm and she stopped. "Let go of me." The assassin warned her eyes piercing. "Awh come on Hallows..give me another chance." Nix pleaded his voice sounded broken "I'll give you to 3, if you're still holding my wrist, I'll shoot you." Hallows growled. Nix frowned "You never used to be like this.." he murmured, Hallows shook his hand free "That's right. I grew up Nix, maybe you should too." she whispered before walking away. "Hallows!" Nix called after her, she looked over her shoulder "Bye Nix."

"Hallows!" a soft voice whispered, Hallows looked around "Spooks?" she questioned even though it sounded a lot like her feline companion. The shy female stepped out of the bushes, her yellow eyes wide and frightened "Did you do it?" she asked, "What do you mean did I do it? Of course I did it!" Hallows snapped. Spooks flinched at her voice, she didn't like Hallows killing, she was worried that one day she'd be caught and killed herself. Hallows smiled realizing that she had scared the witch, "Come on Spookie, let's go home." They quickly stepped through the forest knowing it off by heart, eventually getting to a small house a long way from civilization.

"Spookie..when will you clear up these books?" Hallows asked as she tripped over a pile, again. Spooks laughed "I need them, sorry!~" Hallows rolled her eyes before freezing when the roar of a car engine grew loud. "Who's that?" Spooks hissed, her eyes widened with fear, Hallows blinked "Close all the curtains and turn off the lights, quick!" she barked. The girls jolted into action their hearts pounding with fear, soon it was dark. Hallows snatched her gun from her bedside table and looked at Spooks who was shivering. "We'll be fine, it's probably a bunch of stupid kids.." She murmured even to her, her voice sounded uncertain, no one had ever found their house before. There was a loud banging on the door, "Open up!" a rough voice shouted. Hallows looked at Spooks who was biting her lip, the killer crept towards the curtains, peeking through she saw two men, both armed. She frowned wondering who they were "Open the door!" the voice snarled again, looking at Spooks she knew that they'd have to do something. "Open. This. DOOR!" the man shouted again, the door thudded again, Hallows knew it would break. She opened the window a tiny bit, they didn't notice, feeding the gun through the gap she pulled the trigger. The sound cracked through the air and the man yelled in pain before falling, his companion immediately started firing at the assassin.

I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.

WIP!

Name You'd Choose for It: Hallows Raven
Codename/Alias: Raven
Reason for codename: She's very quick and light-footed, does her job so quickly that when people come to investigate, all they see is her shadow as she slips away. It's the name she signs on the notes she leaves.

Gender: Female

Reason You Want It:
She's a very beautiful design, her colours go well, though I would never have said that orange and grey go together, and though I wasn't going to adopt a Halloween themed character, even though it's my favourite festival, I think she's too beautiful to not. She seems to have an air of confidence about her in the ref picture, and she really suits the story of the Nighthunter, the story I'm using for her form. I can just imagine her in my head. She'd be a great enemy for my little tracker dog, Kurono, and a fantastic companion for Gyr, my white and grey winged wolf/wolf anthro assassin character.
Image
This is Gyr ^

History/Background/Other:

The Strangest is the best, they say,
Work in perfect harmony,
In town, and village, hamlet and city,
The story rings out true.

Down a city street,
Dark as pitch,
Or cold night,
Mist and shadow work as one.

Unseen, unheard, till morning light,
When alarms are raised, and searchers track,
Too late, they have fled, to darkness dear,
Along a street of cobblestone.

No noise reflects their passing,
No person does sense their presence,
But still, they hunt, in the crisp night air,
The night personified.

Yet not Nyx, or Erebus,
Hunters of Night,
The Nighthunters do roam.

A Falcon and a Raven,
In eternal partnership,
It may sound strange,
But the falcon says:
“The Strangest is the best.”

One of Poison, One of Mist,
Could they be any different?
The answer to that,
The Raven says:
“The Strangest is the Best.”

Onyx does shiver at their footsteps,
It’s black heart touched by shadow,
Diamond does sing at their voices,
Whispers in a city wind.

Nyx has blest the shadowed Raven,
Erebus the Falcon swift,
Two of their kind, lost in a maze,
A strange story indeed.

Shadows sing in the forgotten places,
As the two do walk the city streets,
A song that haunts the heart,
And starts with one small line.

“The Strangest is the best.”
The Song of the Nighthunters- Myself

A scream split the still night air and a shadowy figure leapt from a high window.
The figure's short black strapless top had a flap of material sown to the body and the other end tied to the wrist on each side of the body, and they extended their arms, gliding to the next rooftop.

The wolf anthro looked round, her long auburn hair fanning around her, and folded her arms, dropping onto a roof and beginning to run. As she ran she fished a walkie-talkie out of a pocket in her black combats and spoke into it rapidly.
"Job done, Falcon, but enemies in pursuit. Over. "
The walkie-talkie crackled as the reply message reached the anthro.
"Affirmative, Raven. Go feral. I'll meet you soon. Falcon over and out."
The anthro codenamed Raven tucked the walkie-talkie away and seemed to melt, becoming a wolf before taking off, racing away from the scene of the crime.

The young tracker dog growled as she prowled around the apartment the victim had been found in, their was no mistaking the cheeky note stuck to the window.
Sorry guys, it seems I'm too fast for you.
Raven x

The tracker flicked her radio on and sighed. "it's Hallows, sir. She's struck again." She reported, jumping from the window to the next rooftop and pursuing her quarry.

Hallows heard heavy breathing a way off and turned her head, spotting the distinctive white optics of Kurono Fahrenheit Nightowl.
She cursed under her breath as she went anthro again, leaping from the roof and landing silently in a bush, before springing up into a tree, where she hid, holding her breath and hoping the tracker wouldn't look up.

Kurono swerved, following the scent, which led off the roof and landing with a thud in the same bush. Getting to her feet, she turned her heat sensors on and scanned the shrubbery, moving between the bushes. Suddenly she stopped, right under the tree in which Hallows was crouched, trying not to breathe. Sweat was running down her muzzle and her blue eyes were shut. Kurono began to move away, and Hallows breathed out shakily, when all of a sudden the tracker looked up.
"Got you!" She growled, leaping up at the tree- just as Hallows dropped the small weight she had in her pocket.
It hit the tracker dog right between her optic sensors and Kurono crumpled with a small growl.
Forcing herself to breathe normally, Hallows ran towards a familiar alleyway, collapsing just inside.

The assassin stifled a shriek as a white and grey wolf slid from the shadows and went anthro.
"Out of breath, Rav? Loving the outfit." It grinned.
"You know that is not my name, Falcon." She said stiffly, still panting. "And this is actually very practical."
The other assassin, codenamed Falcon, laughed, looking at her 3/4 length black combats and strapless black bikini top with the wings sown on with his completely black eyes.
"Okay then, Miss Practical, I'll call you Hallows if you call me King of the Shadows." He said, sounding totally serious.
"Don't bet on it, Gyr." She laughed.
Gyr smiled ruefully, his tone suddenly business-like. "Did the job go okay?"
Hallows held up the blowpipe she used to fire her signature poison darts and shook it. It was empty.
"It went fine, it was the aftermath I wasn't quite expecting." She said sorrowfully. "Stupid Tracker basically lived there."
"Hallows? Did you take out a police tracker?" Gyr said, sounding alarmed.
Hallows smiled slyly, showing her long fangs. "I might have dropped a lead weight just as it was jumping for me. It'll be fine."
Gyr shook his head in amazement. "I'll never get the hang of working with you, Hallows."
The assassin winked. "I wouldn't expect you to."

A sudden noise made the two assassins jump to their feet, Gyr pulling out a gun, his own special silent pistol, and Hallows reloading her blowpipe. Two men stood less than 50 metres away, guns trained on the anthros.
"Don't move!" Barked one man.
"Yeah right!" Hallows snarled, grabbing Gyr's paw and jumping upwards, landing on the roof above the men's heads.
Gyr swivelled and fired twice, his deadly accuracy with the weapon fatal for the two men.
5 more men ran towards the alley, and Hallows blew quickly down the hollow bamboo tube, cutting 3 down, while Gyr dispatched the others. The two ran along the rooftops, jumping between the houses. Each time they jumped, Hallows' 'wings' meant she glided to safety, while Gyr just used his grey wings.
"Back to base?" Hallows panted.
"Yeah." Gyr said grimly, and together they dived into the river hat ran alongside the house, swimming down until they found the tunnel that led to their base.
Hallows breathed a sigh of relief and collapsed on her bed.
All in a day's work. She thought, smiling.

I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.

We all seem to be reaching the conclusion that she's an assassin- it's something about her... XD

Pet's ID Tag:
#101 (how convenient... I love the number 101 xP)
Name You'd Choose for It:
Alicia/Alicia Queensley
Her nickname would be Ali.
Gender:
Female
Reason You Want It:
When I first saw her, I immediately fell in love with her design. I don't care that she's almost impossible to draw, I don't mind. I still love her design and her Alice In Wonderland theme, and I would attempt to draw her myself, even if no one else would be willing to. I love how symbolic her design is. The cheshire cat stripes on her tail, the sock she wears with the original cheshire cat colors, the scars she received from the Bandersnatch, the blonde hair and the original blue and white colors, the key around her neck, etc. all remind me of how Alice in Wonderland had been my favorite book since childhood (and I first read it in French, so that makes it extra special <3 (not really, but whatever)).
Personality:
Alicia is a quiet and shy young girl. She is superstitious, and easily weary. She is afraid of her father, and of royalty. She is loyal and just about the type of girl you would like to befriend.
History:
We're all mad here, fighting for dreams in our very own nightmare.
Alicia Queensley holds the only key to her own story, keeping herself from drowning in a wave of aquamarine tears, like she once did so inexplicably. Sit down and relax, and let the words entomb you- listen to Alicia's story, let the sentences enchant you with their spell, allow your heart to fall down the rabbit hole. Wonderland is so alike a clock. The hands come forward, either pushing you back or crushing you to oblivion. You have to fight time to survive. Time, in so many different ways, is like the Queen of hearts.

Alicia was born in a small village near the Queen's palace. There were about fifty others who lived in her village, and they were all either corrupt by the royal men and woman from the palace or too shy to speak out. Alicia was born a simple gray wolf with blond hair and teal green eyes. In her hair she wore a blue silk bow, and another one by her tail, only that was adorned with coral pink hues. Alicia's mother had always stood out. She believed in woman's right, and in her daughter's welfare. Her father, a no-nonsense business man who worked for the Queen, detested his daughter. He had no sense of humor and no felt no love except for himself and perhaps, evidently, her mother, and Alicia hated him back with the same burning fire. She had no siblings and no friends, and was a quiet and kept young girl. So instead, Alicia spent her days singing in the meadows, chatting with the canaries and singing her heart out as the sun kissed her gray-brushed fur. Though even tragedy strikes, like the clock singing its notes to twelve o'clock. "I don't need you, Alicia," My father snarled, baring his teeth at me. Its evident, and I know only too well. "I'm surprised you haven't kil- chased me out yet," I admitted sheepishly. I avoided his gaze- his eyes are pools of disgust, stained red and like chainsaws, about to cut your heart open. He smiled, but this grin held only coldness and perhaps... regret?

"There are a few things in this world holding me back."

Not for long.

I should have known that my mother was one of the things holding him back. Because when she died of a mysterious illness, I was in severe danger. I would never know why he hated me so much. What did I ever do? Did I resurrect bitter memories, or did I simply not appeal to his criticizing personality? At midnight, I ran. I ran into the unfamiliar bits of Wonderland, the place me and my neighbors had always called The Clock. Here, no one is safe. Only the most skilled and smartest can survive. I shivered, not reassured, as my turquoise gaze reaches out towards the darkness. I wanted to fade into the blackness, but I couldn't. My legs were weak and my head was spinning in a cycle, and I was unable to stop, unable to look back. Was my father chasing me? Would he kill me? Did he hate me for taking away my mother's love? Questions are shot out, but no answers return. So I counted the hours as they pass by, singing farewell and allowing the rush of time to overcome. My shabby, dull gray fur is stained and encrusted with dirt- the two stockings I wear, one white and aquamarine, the other one coral pink and purple, are cut and ragged.
He wore a coat of gray striped with a color that matched my gaze. I watched his smile widen, broaden, pressing against his emotionless face. "You look lost, my dear," He laughed, sending shivers down my spine. The cat waved his bushy tail, disappearing in the cold of midnight. Fireflies danced in the shadows he created, and they cover for the light the moon tonight does not hold. The chill of night flies around me, enveloping me in its ghostly arms. I wanted to cry, and already I felt the tears welling at my eyes, tearing away at the coral pink makeup that adorns my eyelids. "There is no need to be afraid of night. But there is reason to be afraid of the Queen. Leave child- these woods are no place for a young woman. Wonderland is turning sinister under the rule of the Queen of Hearts, and if you stay much longer; well, you'll be the first to fall."

I understood his message. I began to run back, back, but not to my father. To the meadow where I sang so often. But the way back from dangerous- I encountered a Bandersnatch, who scratched mercilessly, and other predators and prey. When I got back, I was relieved to see the sun rising, relieved to see the birds chirp to the morning call. I was marked from this adventure. From this journey. The Cheshire Cat had left me his stripes, and the Bandersnatch had left me scars. I was delusional now, but I was alive.

Looking back, I realize that the enemy was never my father.
The enemy had always been the Queen of Hearts. I finally understand. Monarchy always wins.
The servants of the mind can never overcome evil, and so they fall into the shadows that beckon them, and there they find themselves in Wonderland.
