What is a 'Laoreet'?
Laoreet are small omnivorous rabbit-like critters whom were originally created
by scientists using the DNA of multiple existing species in order to develop a creature that would be easy to care for and suitable to use in medical research.
However, over the years their popularity as a companion has increased dramatically, with people being rather drawn to their characteristic big jewel-like eyes, dumpy bodies and tufted cheeks. Thanks to their diverse gene pool, Laoreet come in a fascinating array of colours and combinations with certain mutations occasionally cropping up, making it so that no two individuals are exactly alike. Laoreet come in two main varieties; standard and lop-eared.
