Just that hands end at .4. So, 17.3 is allowed, but not 17.4, because that's 18 hands, if you see what I mean? There are 4 inches Ina. Hand, so 17.7 is really 18.3hh.

Lol special if you can can you change him to 17.3 hh? I'll be going through and correcting my other horses if needed so if you need me I'll be on my herd page :3
