Reason Why Their Eyes Glow: Cai's eyes glow white due to him being beamed up by the infamous glow cloud when he was trespassing into the dog park. A few days later, what looked to be the same Cai who was taken away, wandered into nightvale with glowing white eyes. It's unsure as to why specifically his eyes glow white as the secret police are keeping all information top secret, but some say it is served as a punishment for not only trespassing into the dog park but also gazing at one of the hooded figures which lurk within.

Her name is Celeste. She is a girl quite obviously. Her eyes glow because when she was younger she was playing by a natural steam bed, the steam however was not normal steam it was radioactive and after a few days she started to notice a glow appearing.

a small, purple figure was sat by an oddly white pool. she was staring into the pool, her eyes reflecting the shimmering water. she extended a paw to dab the surface, watching as it sent ripples sliding across the water. she drew back her paw, shaking it dry, before placing it back beside her other paw. then the pool began to glow, getting brighter by the second. two bright lights were visible infront of the plumerian. no, they weren't lights. they were the reflection of her eyes. she blinked in shock, trying to get the glow away. but it didn't. she edged backwards, shaking her head. "no, no, no," she whispered to herself, "what... what's happening?" she didn't understand what was going on. her grey, now silver eyes were glowing. slinking back to the pool, she looked at herself in the pool again. "comet, your eyes are glowing." she breathed, staring blindly at the pool. "your eyes are glowing." what had this pool done to her? why? comet shook her head, her mind swirling with unanswered questions.
