She has ice and gem powers. She can control ice, not snow, ice. Icicle can make ice crystals appear anywhere at anytime.

What powers does it have?

This Lequard has the power to grow crystals out of anything. Thus having some dirt she could just pluck a hair of fur from her body ,

plant it in the dirt and then in a few seconds.. a small crystal should be there. Growing large only if three or more hairs are placed.

The only problem is .. is when she starts shedding. Crystal are then everywhere. And you might encounter these works done by her.

Name;; I think im going to name this Lequard , "Cerulean" or "Cerul" for short.
Gender;; well everyone has their opinions on this Lequard's gender but my perspective of her is Female.
Powers?: Yes, in fact Cerulean does have powers! But she often uses them only when needed.
What Kind Of Powers?: Well Cerulean have the power to control Gems and Jewels. She can control this power from her paws and/or her eyes. The power comes mostly from her jewel on her shoulder. She can pick them up, throw them, shape them, and pretty much anything else you cant think of!

Strange;;Others think shes strange because of her crystals but theyre right. She not like anyone else because she special.
Quiet;;She is super quiet. whether its walking or running you will never hear her walk by you.
Antisocial;;She never talks to others, she never makes friends, she just keeps to herself.
Shy;;she CAN be shy but its only when she sees someone who looks like they wont judge her.
Mute;;A lot of people say shes mute because she never talks or never makes noises but that is false she can talk and make noises just fine.
Evil;;ah yes, she can be pretty evil. make her mad and that would be that last thing you would every do. (maybe)
Fearless;;she not scared of anyone or any place.

Cass can control reflective surfaces, such as mirrors or shining jewels, so that you see something else when the light refracts. For example, she can place a rock - or any other object/organism - in front of a mirror/reflective surface and make it so that what appears in the mirror is a whole new object, such as a lamp. However, it doesn't change the appearance of what is actually looking in the reflective surface.
She can also gain energy from jewels, which reduces their shimmer but makes her look more renewed, as if she had taken a long nap instead of just simply touched a gem.

Power:

She has the ability to control liquids, she can also freeze it or vaporizte it, how does she manages to do that exactly? Well she can make the particles of water go so slow that it will freeze them or make them go so fast that it will produce heat and therefore vaporize it.
Of course depending on the liquid she controls she can make this or not some are easier than others to say.
Having a power like this one is too much responsability so she's usually calm and rarely uses it.

Power:
Illusion.

Lujon is able to refract light through his crystals in such a way that he can project false images into reality. These mirages are not substantial of course, but are quite believable otherwise due to the large amounts of time and effort that Lujon has put into honing his skill. However this power tires him out when used for too long, and can only be done when there is light around to refract.
