What Is Serenity Shelter?
Serenity is a dog rescue. We rescue dogs of all kinds and rehabilitate them to be able to be adopted. Not all dogs have a nice past, such as just being given up to the shelter because their owners couldn't afford to care for them. Some are abandoned. Some were left for dead. But each one is special, and each one is full of love and ready to share it. We give the dogs the best care we can provide, but nothing beats a home that they can call their own. So are you ready to adopt?

A black and tan (or tri-color technically, lol) long-haired Chihuahua as requested by white.flag. I hope you guys like her. I think she might actually be my favorite one that I've made so far.

- This lovely little lady was found in an abandoned house with nothing but a dripping faucet for water and an empty bag of food. We're not sure how long she had been there but her coat was quite matted and she was very thin and pleased to see people. She's now up-to-date on all of her shots and is the perfect picture of health, sporting a shiny coat and a happy disposition. She'd do very well in just about any home but should have her food and treats monitored as she can be a bit gluttonous and eat too much.

Hide-and-seek, she gets lots of treats for that and she loves searching out her owners! But she mainly just sniffs out the treats c;





Charlie is a stately chihuahua. She doesn't let any one push her around or baby her and she is a brilliant goal achiever. She can be greedy but this makes her easy to train.


Honestly, I have never, ever been that attached to chi's before but this one I could really imagine well and believe in it, so I am trying out for her c:

Cuddling

- She loves cuddling because
when she was lost on every
path she always needed...
just a good hug. Nobody
gave it to her when they
left her and she was just...
lonely. Now she wants
someplace to where
she could cuddle all day..










Wa-wa is a sweet and lovey dog.
The only reason its hard for
her to trust somebody is
because of her past
- wounds heal but
scars stay.... in this case
its a scar. She doesn't
go down easy with
offerings.. such as a
close friendship. Sometimes
its called being shy or just
plain out.. skeptical.
Sketchy. Most other dogs
are like ... jerks to her. She
won't accept friendships lightly
and they think thats rude. Nextly
she doesn't like water. Nope.
No. She had almost drowned
when young by water so... thats
why. Then.. thats it.. really.
