What's a Hazard Cat?

Hazard cats are felines that have been partially mixed with robotics. They have tails made of metal that are severed in the middle, but connected with some form of energy. A glass screen rests on their chests. This screen shows the cat's health with heartbeats or a glowing circle. The color always matches the cat's eyes. Some cats' screens are full of static. Beware, these are dangerous as they are rare. A small grate can be seen on both sides of the cats' bodies. They breathe through these grates, so it's impossible for it not to be there. What comes out of the grate differs from cat to cat. The most common is steam, uncommon is sound, which is accompanied by mist, and the hardest to find have goo seeping out between the bars. They have three eyes, but the one in the center of their forehead is almost always taped down or covered with a band-aid. It is said that this third eye allows them to paralyze their targets. The pupils are most commonly hollow in the center, but can be regular of slit. Large ears and eyes allow them to see clearly in all levels of light, even in pitch blackness. Their hearing is very advanced and they can hear sounds even higher than dogs can. Their legs are very long, like those of maned wolves, bringing them up to speeds of fifty miles per hour.

She did the painful process herself, blaming herself for hurting others, believing that she deserves double the pain. She snuck into places she shouldn't go, and used them to her advantage. This was what shaped her personality.

Why is there metal over his/her eye?- "Neon, never trust human factories! Remember what your mom said?" The voice inside the Hazard Cat's head says. Neon doesn't care. She strolls on into the factory, and gazes upon the equipment. It was.. incredible. A society this weird made an entire factory. She never liked humans before like this, but this one day might change her mind. She continued wandering about the factory. When she turned a corner there stood a girl. "Umm.. Hello?" The girl's voice was soft, and Neon sensed she was no threat. Slowly, the Hazard padded towards the girl. "Hello!" She said in her friendly, somewhat Scottish accent. "My name's Neon. I don't know where I am. Can you tell me?" She spoke in her high-pitched mew. The girl looked startled, and Neon guessed she hasn't met a talking cat-like creature before. "I-I'm Rain." She spoke. "Yes, I know where you are. This is a car factory." Neon trembled at the word- car. She looked down to see she was standing on a platform- a platform that was moving. Suddenly, her "third eye," was being closed up by something.. Metal? Neon reached her paw up to her eye, and there it was- orange metal. The girl threw her arms around the cat, pulling her out of the platform. A small hole was left- not even enough to see put of. Yet small enough for a dark blue glow to float out. "You- you saved me... Thank you! Without you here, I probably would have been covered with metal." Neon says, gratitude in her voice. The girl blushed. "Your a cute cat, and you look like a good room-mate. Would you like to come over to my place?" "Yes. Yes I would!"
And that was the day Neon made her first friend, and made her worst enemy, factories.
