The species is not dead, as a new owner has been appointed things are still being sorted out at the time. The species will be up and running actively sure enough when the time is right. We still have loyal staff and community members to keep this species alive. In the mean time, feel free to join in at the fan club (:

I love these guys, too. I have only adopted 2 JMDs (custom and old line adopt), and I know one has not even been won yet! Banana made him, and he's from blue's lines, I check back but no winner is announced. I was wondering if the JMD was forgotten? I don't think he was, but... Im just a little worried if he doesn't get an owner.

I suggest PMing the artist themselves, be polite of course as manners are key. THEY may have done something clearly as to forgotten or are too busy to really judge. As I know myself am a bit behind judging. If they don't respond I suggest PMing one of the owners and of no response then the rest of the staff can try and sort things out (:
