This was one of my favourite Eastern Capricorns, and she never got adopted, which is a shame, so I remade her into the new lines.
Hierarchy rank: She's a bit complicated. Her natural horn colour's a sea green, placing her as an assassin. She painted her horns black to blend in with the wealthy upper classes, and carry out her mission to assassinate the queen.
