❥ Username;
Hi, I'm Ayvi. I'm just a silly gal who spends most of her time daydreaming or creating. I typically draw, play music, or write stories, so you can definitely expect me to shower this wonderful Deerssert in artistic love ♥
Nikki would be my first Deerssert, and I'd love to make her my own ♥
❥ Name;
Nikki; 'victory of the people'.
I decided to name her Nikki, due to her personality and history. She represents the 'victory of the people', as in her story, she learns that being different and unique is something that she should be proud of, not hide. She then strives to show others that they should let their inner, unique self show, and to not be afraid of who they really are.
❥ Gender;
Female
❥ Personality;
- Nikki is a generous, sweet, and loving Deerssert, with a strong passion and love for anything Japanese. Previously, she was rather shy and passive, as well as hiding her love for Japanese, due to her village culture. Now, she's definitely changed, with her bubbly and bright personality shining above all. Despite being caring and loving, she sometimes tends to push people a little too far, although her intentions are pure. Sometimes she can be a bit too caring, and might crowd someone, but she's pretty good with taking hints. She knows when to step in and take control, and when to let things go. Overall, she's a bubbly and outgoing girl, sometimes sassy, with a love for helping others and making them smile.
❥ Music;
- Nikki has a wide variety of songs and music that she likes. Generally, she'll listen to either Asian music (ex. Vocaloid, J-Pop/K-Pop), or soundtracks/background music. Sometimes, though, she'll stray towards the pop/rock/alternative. She doesn't care too much for Country, Rap, or Heavy Metal, but if someone plays it, she wouldn't dare protest.

❥ Life Lesson;
- At first, Nikki was nothing more than your ordinary girl. In the areas where she lived (see below, under 'other'), the Japanese culture was not very appreciated or even valued as a culture itself. Participating or even liking things that were Japanese was often scolded upon, such as anime, or even eating Japanese food. Nikki was a Deerssert that grew to love the Japanese culture, from their food to fashion, and from their religion to their entertainment. Already teased often enough for her bright pink coat, Nikki was quite shy when it came to speaking up or even being around others in general. She was even more afraid that she would someone leak out that she really admired the Japanese culture, for she didn't want to be casted out more than she already was.
-One day, Nikki found a few books in the local library on the Japanese culture and history. Curious, the little Deerssert opened the book, and was immediately hooked. She read the book for hours, determined to soak up all the information she could. Little did she know, but another Deerssert happened to pass by Nikki, noticing the title of the book that Nikki was reading. "Otaku, otaku"; the teases filled the air, moments after Nikki realized what had happened. After running home, Nikki just sat on her soft bed, crying.
- Over time, Nikki began to notice that there were more and more Deersserts out there who had appreciation for the Japanese culture. Many came to her, hearing about what had happened at the library, confessing; "I really like sushi, and their noodles are amazing!" "You're not the only 'Otaku'. My brother sometimes watches anime." She slowly realized that there were people, just like her, who were too scared to admit that the old ways of her village were no longer in affect, truly. Gradually, she began to ignore those that teased her for what she liked, and even sometimes she would make a sassy remark or even laugh at them. Others began to realize, too, that being different was perfectly okay, and soon many others began to stand up for themselves and be who they really are.
❥ Other;
- The area in which Nikki lived in is a small rural village in Northern China, where the rivalry between China and Japan still existed, from long ago. (I got the idea of this from my grandmother, for the village in which she was raised, which I visited a few years ago, the rivalry between the Chinese and Japanese still stayed strong, for their culture was still quite similar to the times in which the rivalry existed all over China.)
