I think rare markings are only allowed through adopts, breedings, and event prizes. Keep in mind that we are no longer doing rare colors/patterns/etc for customs anymore. I think this goes for mystery customs too.

Mkay perhaps we should make a list of markings and colorings that can not be ordered

Zebras, Przewalski's Horses, Donkeys, Mules; as well as horses that are Chimeras, Somatic, or have extreme edits to the lines.

This is the current rule on customs and lacing is not on the list. That being said rare or not this horse should be fine.
