Junonia, but she will normally respond to her nickname, Juno, exclusively. The junonia is a rare shell found exclusively on islands off the southern coast of Florida. They are dappled with light brown spots, much like Juno, and are only found on average once every two days. By winning this bean, I will have found a Junonia of a different sort.
One much rarer than a shell.


Juno is practically fearless, with the exception of her fear of small spaces. She will stand up for herself and fight in the face of danger, becoming quite the force to be reckoned with. She is largely independent, believing that just because she is young forever does't mean she is helpless, and she strives to prove this. Hovever, she is distant, rarlely socializing and staying alone most of the time. She is quite responsible for herself, never letting anyone she's promised something to go without. Juno is largely creative, showing in her hobby of creating with nature, a skill that requires her to be intelligent. She lives up to this, with an unbridled curiosity and vast knowledge of the natural world. Many have described her as wise beyond her years. Since she has Young Forever Syndrome, many see her as just a child, when mentally, she is much more mature than what her young exterior shows. She is predominately stoic and quiet, staying strong and silent most of the time. When she does speak, it is very intelligent and firm, surprising those around her.

Juno likes to call herself a crownsmith, which in simple terms means she makes crowns. Specifically, she makes crowns out of natural items, and even more specifically, she makes crowns out of shells, seaweed, sticks and leaves. The crowns range from simple

rings of willow, to complex, interwoven masterpieces. She doesn't have many friends, and she isn't very popular, so making crowns provides her

an opportunity to feel like a queen. She is usually wearing one of these crowns constantly, her favorite being one made from a willow branch,laced with rose petal tellin shells, with dangling seaweed streaming down the back. She finds creating crowns to be relaxing and empowering, truly making her ruler of her own creation in her eyes, and making her feel beautiful, as insecure as she is. She will play queen with her crowns, and give them to her friends, because she believes that everyone deserves to feel beautiful.

Juno constantly wears a necklace made of trinkets she finds on the beach where she lives. It wraps around her neck twice, and contains a seagull feather, a piece of sea glass, a key, a fishook, and some colorful beads. These things are all tied to a memory, in her opinion, and are all special, though they seem useless.
The feather-
When Juno found the seagull feather, she was sad. She had a rough day, and to calm herself, she took a walk on the beach. She stumbled upon a beautiful feather, and was immediately intrigued. The feather reminds her to calm down, and find joy in the little things.
The glass-
When she found the sea glass, she was anxious. She was feeling very insecure that day, and as she looked for shells, she found a piece of sea glass. The dulled surface did not show her reflection, and she was grateful for this, as she would not feel so insecure.

The glass reminds her to be down to earth, and to always be sure of herself
The key-
When she found the key, she was overjoyed. She had been having a great day, and she thought she was the happiest she could be. When she found the key, she looked at it for a long while, then realized that the superficial things that had made this a 'great day' were only temporary, and the key to her happiness was far from that. The key represents freedom to her, and reminds her to look at things in a realistic light.
The hook-
When she found the hook, she was angry. Things had not been going her way lately, and she was fed up. She stepped on the fish hook, and noticed that things could be worse. She could be the fish that was to be caught by this hook, and this was humbling to her. She pulled the hook from her paw, fastened it to her necklace, and forced a smile. It reminds her that she's got it pretty good, and that life could be a whole lot worse.
