Personality:
Rather passive, Skip waits for thing rather then go out and try to get it, not lazily though, but almost indifferent. He keeps his desires under lock and key, seemingly happy with anything. He is not very fussy, though can seem slightly disconnect to others, he plans things and when they don't go his way he is unnerved, not violent, just scared. Though on the outside he appears to be quite in control of his emotions, he actually is struggling with them.
Relations with family:
As of now, he is a little distance from his family, with him traveling and all, but he really likes them.
He feels guilty over some things from the past, though (at least some) his family has forgiven him, he still hasn't forgiven himself.

Repeat - He kinda gave his father grieve in his early teen years. He hasn't seen him since, and worries he ruined their relationship. Though he had different thoughts then, the respect he had for him in his younger years has reestablished itself.

Skyler - Surprisingly, he actually didn't really seem to get into much scrapes with her, well, at least he didn't start them and ended them quickly. It probably had something to her having PPS too.

History:

Note; since I don't know a lot about his family, some of this may not correct. If you find something that wouldn't fit, tell me and I fix it.
A happy optimistic beginning, that's what is was. He was born into a loving family. Though, to his dismay, he found he had PPS, and his school friends began to make fun of him for it. He felt silly, being in with rapidly growing simas his age. It drove him to a rebellion, as he took it out his family. He skipped school often. After awhile of that, he decided to runaway. He was sure he could do it, and besides he got hold of a pocket knife. So after a month of debating the issue, he left, without a second.
Skip found the outside world hard and rather cold, especially for someone of his size. He soon found that teasing as just the tip of the iceberg, and begun to hardened himself to the world.
One day, he found a camp. Well, he was used to just helping himself and haven't eaten for a couple days and that could hardly have been called a meal, so he went for it, had he known that it was the campsite for a traveling ninja, he may have just walked away. Not seeing anyone else around, he quickly started to snoop around the place, not really worried about the mess he was making, but did try to be as quiet as possible. Well, the ninja was around and decided to now induce himself. Of course, seeing a hungry kid, he didn't just start attacking him, but Skip tried him, and found this stranger's hidden talent.
After the meeting and a talk, the other took Skip under his wing.
