I was one of the two judges called in to help judge this guy; and both of us have come to the same conclusion quq!
There were lots of amazing forms; and It was definitely a hard descision; and a very close contest.
The ones that stood out were tiiedye.; Gazoonia ;The Lost soul ;glispa ;and Qualeo. I thoughrally read through all of the forms; and it took a lot of thought to narrow them down.

Every form had its ups and downs; but the sheer attention to detail made quals form a complete joy to read. The ideas and unique types of extras were definitely well thought out; and fit in perfectly with the character. With the exception of a slightly overused background story; I feel that this form is the one that most suits the character; and will provide a very good home for them.
And Glispa will possibly be receiving a runner up.
Due to the closeness of the forms we'll try to get a runner up for you; we just have to clear it with GG before we can go ahead and make one quq


They were judged entirely without bias; as It was judged based on the form and its content; Not on the person who posted it.
Please note that I do not give these opinions with ANY intention of offending. Knowing what put off a judge in a form is important; because it can help you win next time quq!

With tiiedye.;The art was all a nice touch; and I liked the idea of him as an artist; And the name fits very well. The playlist was a nice addition; and the artwork WAS well placed; I just feel as if the personality and story needs a little more pop to it to fit the vibrant character that you were going for.

With glispa; Again; the art was a nice touch; and well placed within the form to create a balanced and neat view; which was appreciated. Though this form does give a full personality and story of this sima; it doesn't have anything that particularly stands out; or makes the character unique. The coat accessory that was given did fit well; and I did appreciate the stories.

With The Lost soul;; The art was good quality; though few in pieces; and in contrast to the ones above relied more on the information;which was well thought out and very unique in detail. The wonderful attention to the personality;his illnesses; and his life as a military engineer makes the character a well rounded; and dare I say; stunning individual; I just felt as if this form needed a little bit more than it had.

With Gazoonia ;;My main dislike of this form was his name. I didn't feel as if the name Hubble fit his personality; especially if you're going for making him over 100 years old. I did note the reference to hubble telescopes? I don't know if that was intentional; but I did notice it. His more geeky personality against the serious personalities given by others does stand out; I just felt a little like the personality didn't fit together very well. The traits themselves; are good; but they don't feel very connected; they just feel like a bunch of mismatched qualities.

With Qualeo ;;The name Lolita is one that could fit; based on the grey shades; but I don't know that its a perfect match;since Lolita fashion isn't exactly evident in the design; but the personality makes up for that; with the slight leaving question of 'why did her parents name her that' . The personality was interesting; and the ability to be both punk and girly was one that isn't very well explored by many. The art was well placed around the site; however I've never been a huge fan of site forms; as they feel too easy; and I much more appreciate the trial and error of coding as its more time consuming and needs more effort. The history feels a bit overused; and didn't really stand out to me. I felt that the letters to lost love section was misplaced; and may (though not intentional) cause the reader to feel guilt tripped. The wedding plan section was well thought out; and the attention to detail was exquisite. The blog was an even more interesting and unique touch; and even going as far as to add the comments was something that didn't go missed!
