In order to adopt this girl,

What's special;;
- she has long, blue hair
(you have the option of added
little white glowing stars in it or not.
- her antennas have little stairs on the ends of them
- she has wings (rae-like and feahered), being rare as pan'ciel
usually has butterfly wings
- instead f always having a pearl like other pan'ciels,
she has a necklace with a star charm that looks similar
to her antennas' stars
- (she was made in custom lines, usually being very rare, especially from me cx)
What you need in your form;;
Those are what you MUST have in your form.
Any other extras are perfectly fine. You may add as many as you'd like,
but please don't write an entire paragraph about your username.
That won't get you anywhere...
I also ask that you do not use extremely tiny unreadable text and very bright colors.
They hurt my eyes.
And they can hurt someone else's.
The minimum size of text can be 80, no smaller, can be bigger.
