Do not make ANY neon dragons
Do NOT remove my signature
Do NOT change the line art AT ALL.
You may add SMALL accessories to the dragon
There does not have to be a winner if I don't choose one!
Any dragons made DO NOT belong to anyone. This is just a contest.
Make as any entries as you want!

~ Do not make any neon Doreans.
~You are not allowed to make customs for others
~ You may have *three* customs
~ Do not create a new lineart for the Dragons
~You must make at least one Dorean per week. No more than two each week.
~You are NOT allowed to put any items, or shop accessories on the dragons
~Always post the Dorean information when you post a new adopt, unless it's your custom.
~ Make sure you end contests on time.
~ You may require art in your adopt form for one dragon each week
~If you are inactive for three or more weeks, I have the right to remove your position.
~Artists that become inactive will be sent a PM. If they do not reply in a week or ignore it, you will lose the position.
~When posting a Dorean for adoption, make sure it has the correct information and number on it.
~ If you are unable to be an artist for a period of time, tell me.
~I have the right to remove your position as an artist if any lazy, 5 minute, quickly-colored or messy dragons are put up for adoption/rules broken/
~I reserve the right to take away, add to, or change these rules at any time without notice
