What is a Calad-Faer?
Calad-Faer literally means "light spirit". They are spirits that take the form of equines, closely resembling horses with ram horns. Unlike most other spirits, these are not immortal, and age just as other animals do. They have a certain tendency to vanish out of thin air when compromised, but their markings will always show. Almost all Faers will have "light" markings. Rarely there are some that do not, called Duath-Faers, "dark spirits". Due to their extreme rarity, not much is known about these creatures, but we do know that these Duath-Faers may have extraordinary magical abilities, but most often have evil intentions.

Personality: He is a rather calm spirit usually, tranquil. He spends most of his days napping or conversing quietly with close friends. Naut is very intelligent, and likes to share his knowledge with everyone, but he doesn't flaunt his smarts. No, he more prefers to use what he knows in a helpful manner, or a little facts to entertain his friends with. He doesn't really get angry or annoyed, but stays at a consistent docility. He is well trusted, and often left with children because he can soothe them into a sleepy lull. He can be found on any given afternoon snoozin on a hill in the sun surrounded by young animals of all kinds sleeping away. At night, though, he wakes up in a way. He becomes more lively and rather cocky at times. He is still the same good natured spirit, but with a good dose of humor and trouble making thrown in.
This CF's favorite thing to do: oh snap, that is hard... So many good things he does!! Exploring in the night time might be his favorite though

» distrustful there isn't really a single being he trusts with his own life. he doesn't really have a reason for being distrustful, it's probably the way he is since birth. or maybe something actually happened that made him so suspicious about everything? no one knows.
» cannot express feelings no matter how hard he tries. he was never really interested in social activities in the first place, thinking he'd never need to talk to anyone. turns out that he does. it's his problem to deal with now. oops.
» ridiculously stubborn because he's too proud to admit he can be wrong about anything really. that's the main reason why nobody likes him.
» easily annoyed/irritated like really, he gets annoyed just when you start talking to him at times.

wandering through the forest at night or just being there in general. he believes that the trees look more beautiful after the sun "turns off" (that's how he calls it), leaving only the moonlight. and him. because he loves being alone. ever heard weird noises in the forest? that would probably be Álmos, trying to scare you away.
