Her whole atmosphere seems neon, so I named her after the Neon Tetra fish c:

She is definitely a girl.

Tetra has indeed got a neon personality! She's not any old black and white 'fun, friendly, but snappy and unkind' deer, she has aspects of personality which are 'rarer'.
Lets start with the negatives. This girl can be succinct and straight to the point, not cutting corners when answering questions but that being said she can talk for hours on end - another negative. She is incredibly talkative but sometimes her mouth runs away with her and she bores deer or worse, upsets them by saying something she doesn't mean.
With positives, Ra is extremely kindly and has an amiable disposition. She cares allot and hates to see deer upset, and gets very guilty very easily. She loves to see people smiling and tells quite good jokes which makes her a little silly and off the wall, which can turn some deer against her - she has been bullied for that.
She is also rather greedy but in a seemingly loving way - and don't look down on her for that: she makes a wonderful cook!
