Whenever she is at the specified body of water, she takes out her tube, inflates it nice and big, and then floats around and causes a ruckus, claiming that she is the "king of the sea" where ever she is.

I believe this is a day or two overdue (I need to start putting dates, and not weeks) and we have our winner!
I considered treasure, I considered seashells, but I didn't consider sand dollars - however, it was the picture and linked credit that got me c: Congratz NARANDA!!

When I saw this girl, I instantly thought of sand dollars since they actually hold a special meaning to me.
