Family Relationships: Throughout and with his family Saphirinity is known to be quick tempered, easily distracted, and spazzy. Easily quiet and well tempered when Ziskosu and Soul is around them, only getting quickly attracted to a butterfly or a caterpillar but usually placed back in order knowing the two of them are around. With his brother however he is known to be a bit idiotic and high hyperactive. Known to thrash about the room making "weeeeewwwhhhh" noises as he rolls about on his back. At most he can be rather annoying and ends up poking and prodding at his brother for attention, weather its a lick in the face or a tackle he will always be the one being pounced on by Saphirinity.

Soul•The bestest ma forever and ever• Posiedon has a great relationship with his mother. He loves to hangout and read with her and the thing he loves the most about hanging out with his mom is when they make crafts. Posiedon loves making dream catchers with her, or well at least trying to. He loves making bead animals, you know, the flat ones that you weave together and you can make lizards and stuff. Most of the time he would just be happy to sit down and talk to her, that's how much he loves to spend time with her. Posiedon and his mom are also very close and he tells his mother everything. To him, Soul is like a best friend who is always there to catch you when you fall, no matter what happened.

Ziskosu•A pa you can count on• Just like with his mother, Poseidon has a great relationship with his father. He loves to play with him and he is always by his side when his mother is busy. Poseidon loves to go pick berries with his dad and go on fun adventures through the house, yard and forest. To Poseidon, his dad is one of his best friends and he loves him. But truthfully, it's more than love, Posiedon wants to be just like his dad when he grows up. He likes to hear what his dad did that day and how it feels to be a grown up. But, the adventures are fun too. Poseidon also managed to inherit his dad's curiosity for things and whenever he doesn't know what something is he feels compelled to find out. But, unlike his dad, Poseidon doesn't like chocolate covered bugs, he can't understand how his dad likes them, the flavour is all wrong, although he does enjoy salted insects!

Dustin•Big brother and best friend• Even though Dustin has gotten a family and no longer lives with mom and dad, Poseidon is always excited to see him again. Poseidon has a somewhat good relationship with his brother but it's not as good as the one he has with his parents. He enjoys catching up with his brother and hearing how it's been even if it's just a simple 'I haven't done much'. Seeing as adventure and curiosity run in the family, Poseidon could never pass up an excursion with his big brother!

Cecilia•Cutest cuz ever• Poseidon loves to play with Cecilia. Although he doesn't see her much he likes to spend time with her and goof around. When Poseidon is over though he tries to be as careful as possible so that he doesn't make her cry because he hates to see people cry. Poseidon also loves to play dress up with Cecilia and he will do whatever she wants. Sometimes he likes to try and have her do things he likes too but those don't always go to well... Poseidon is also very protective of Cecilia and watches over her like a hawk when their parents aren't around. If he ever saw anyone bully Cecilia that bean would probably go home with a sore tail!

Ziskosu;;
Poseidon and Ziskosu get along just like any father and son would. Since he has passed on
the 'curiosity' trait to Poseidon, they usually go out together into the woods and go explore
different plants and animals. Poseidon loves his dad and mom and Ziskosu never stops him
from going out to explore, since it is one of Poseidon's favorite things to do when he gets
bored.

Soul;;
Poseidon and Soul also get along well most of the times, but sometimes Poseidon gets
annoyed since she is always asking to be polite or neat. Poseidon and Soul have a balanced
relationship, since they sometimes get mad at each other; but most of the times are happy
and playing around outside in the beaming sun.

Dustin;;
Dustin and Poseidon don't really see each other often, since he is much older than him and
they only see each other at family get-togethers. Other than that, whenever them two are
together, all of the trouble comes. Dustin and Poseidon are just like two partners in crime,
and they like to 'fool' around whenever they get the chance.

Cecilia;;
Poseidon thinks that Cecilia is adorable and he always likes to play with her, although he does
get annoyed with her when his parents decide to play with her instead of him. Poseidon also
likes to tease Cecilia, since she is younger than him and he feels more comfortable with at
least one thing that he can play along with and not get into trouble by being 'rude'.

Soul;;
----> Poseidon doesn't think he is most like his mother just because he looks like her; their personalities are strikingly similar. As a result, Poseidon and his mom are very close. On any given day, you can find the two sitting outside together, Soul tending to her herb garden, Poseidon observing her and he waters the other plants. Soul usually talks quietly about her herbs to him, but since Poseidon doesn't understand most of what she is saying, he tunes out a listens to the calming sound of the wind chimes. When Soul plays the piano, Poseidon sits on the bench and listens as she plays. Sometimes she will even let him play two easy bass keys in the piece. Even though he knows he isn't good, he still thoroughly enjoys being able to participate in one of his mother's favorite activities. There is one thing that Poseidon doesn't understand about his mother: her almost constant need to meditate. Whenever she starts to meditate, he creeps outside and watches from a far, trying to comprehend a concept so foreign to him. Despite the fact Soul can be a little overprotective of him and his brother, Poseidon doesn't really mind it because he knows that she only has the best intent in mind.
Ziskosu;;
----> Poseidon doesn't have as strong a bond with Ziskosu as his does with Soul, but they do have mutual love and respect for each other, as a father and son should. Their bonding time includes laying in the meadow all day long, watching as the clouds pass by overhead. The occasional funny clouds send them into laughing fits, but most of the time they remain mute and let themselves sink into the grassy pillow. Ziskosu has usually picked wild blueberries earlier that day, and the two share them as they let the hours in the meadow pass by. Blueberries aren't Poseidon's favorite fruit, but he eats them anyway because he knows that it will make his father happy.

Ziskosu "The Almighty Father" - From the very beginning, Poseidon was eccentric. He had strange habits, tastes, and opinions. A lot of this conflicted with his father. Poseidon was still little, still a child, and children are convinced that their imagination is right, and they let it run wild. Don't get me wrong, Poseidon looks up to his father a lot. He yearns to one day be like Zisk, successful in business, a good man, and an outstanding father and husband. One of Poseidon's goals in life is to have a big family like Zisk's, with cousins all over the place, and good relations within his immediate family. However, for the time being, Poseidon is... quirky. He always disagrees with what basketball team is going to win, or what football team is moving up. Since Dustin is already married and moved out, Poseidon is the only son Zisk can talk to all day, every day. Ziskosu would as for Poseidon's opinion on a certain team, and Poseidon would give his 100% truthful view, which quite often wasn't what his father thought. Poseidon would look up at the rainy clouds, and being his optimistic self, he'd ask Zisk to play soccer or something outdoors. No matter how much Zisk tried to reason with him, Poseidon would always be convinced that you could find a silver lining to every grey cloud. He would say, "But, Daddy, we can play soccer in the mud! It's quite alright, I'm sure Momma won't mind. Plus," he would add, trying to make the best of things, "we need a shower anyways, haha! Why not just go out into the rain?" Zisk would laugh, rub his sons head, and tell him that, 'No, Baby Poseidon might get sick. And if he gets sick, they couldn't go out to play when the sun came out.' Poseidon loves Zisk very much, and he is basically Poseidon's idol, his role model. If Poseidon had a bad day at school, or if he needed a shoulder to cry on, Zisk was always there for him. Even with Poseidon's quirkiness and unique habits, Zisk learned the way that Poseidon liked to be comforted, and Ziskosu always, always, always, had great advice to give, or a way to cheer him up. One of Poseidon's favorite things to do with his father is going to the playground. Near their house, was a little playground next to a golf field. On warm days, Poseidon would wake up early in the morning, scoop some peanut butter straight out of the jar with a spoon and eat it, and drag his father to the playground. He would ask Zisk to push him on the swings, higher, higher, higher. He would ask his father to play House with him, or catch him if he falls from the monkey bars. Overall, Ziskosu was the Man of the Household, the head of the pack. Poseidon would always end up listening to and respecting his father's decision, whether it was to not buy the weird looking toy at the store, or that he shouldn't play with the worms he finds int he mud.

Soul "A Loving, Understanding Momma" - Poseidon
likes to call Soul "Momma", because when he was just born and
beginning to talk, he would always say "Ma" or "Mo". Soul
thought it was the most adorable thing, and she encouraged
Poseidon to call him "Momma". Now, at age 5, he still enjoys
calling her that, even after he was able to say "Mother". Now,
as we all know, Soul is very spiritual and likes to take walks
and meditate. When Soul was 14, her mother took her on a long
walk to meditate--her first meditation, in fact. At first, Soul
was going to wait until Poseidon was older to give him the
pleasure of meditating, but then she decided that he was mature
enough. He had developed his own unique personality, habits,
and quirks. He was quite mature for his age, and he voiced
his own opinions well. Soul was very proud of these factors, and
she decided it was time. One morning, when Poseidon was 4,
she woke him up early. He, being his curious self, was all
too eager to follow her on the walk. The whole way, he was
asking her, "Where are we going?" and "Is the place going to be
fun?" While she took her long graceful strides, he bounced up
and down like a child beside her. When they finally got to a
quiet meadow in the woods, she sat down and motioned for him
to follow. He did, and right away, he felt a floating sensation
as he closed his eyes. He felt the creatures around him with his
heart, he could see the birds' song, hear the beauty in it. After
that day, Poseidon and his mother had a even stronger
connection than before. They were like Siamese Twins, in fact, for
a while, because he felt connected to her with his soul and heart.
He could always "read her mind" or "guess what she was thinking".
Now, he frequently goes on long walks with Soul, and sometimes
with both his parents, when Zisk had spare time. He values these
walks, even as a child, he can see how much they mean to his
mother, and how valuable they are to his own mind and soul within.
When Soul was strict, she knew how to discipline Poseidon in a way
that he would understand what he did wrong, and still be pretty
happy. When she was playful and he was in a childish mood, they
would joke around and paint flowers or draw with chalk. Since they
are both unique and have quirks, they relate to each other a lot,
and understand each other better than many beans. Of course
Poseidon loves Soul and looks up to her, but they can have their
rough times as well. Most of the time, Soul would spare Poseidon
and call off Zisk for doing something, like letting their son play in
the rain, but occasionally it would be Soul and Poseidon arguing
back and forth. Soul doesn't like to argue, and Poseidon doesn't
want his momma to be sad. But the stubbornness and opinions
within him can't contain themselves sometimes, and he'd be telling
her in a child voice, "But Momma, waaainy days are so fun! And the
worms are awfully nice, if you just get to know them! It's not kind
to not let me play with them, they have feelings too.... W-w-right?"
No matter what happens, Soul will always be an amazing mother for
Poseidon and Poseidon will always love her and be her baby son.

Dustin "The Elusive Big Brodder" - When they were little, Poseidon and Dustin were inseparable. Of course, Poseidon is still little, but when he was an infant, just learning to crawl, Dustin would always ask to play with him and feed him. When Dustin found out he had a little brother, he was overjoyed! He would talk to Poseidon whenever he got the chance. Every time Poseidon entered the room, being carried or crawling, it was like a light went on for Dustin. Poseidon glowed, in Dustin's eyes, and Dustin would never cease to give Poseidon candy, toys, and brotherly love. If Poseidon fell and hit something, Dustin would hug him and tell him that it would be alright. He would grab a bandage and get some candy, or bring out marbles to play with. Dustin loves his little brother with all his heart, and he couldn't have asked for a better pal. At Dustin's wedding, Poseidon was a "Flower boy", since he was so eager to be a big part of the wedding. He was so happy for Dustin, and he said that Akari would be the perfect sister! (He didn't know to call her a sister-in-law) Now that Dustin isn't home anymore, Poseidon misses him greatly. He tries to get Soul or Zisk to take him to Dustin's house every weekend to see them, and he sometimes cries because he misses his brother. He knows, though, that everyone grows up and moves out, but he still wishes he could see Dustin more often. They've grown a bit father apart over the last year or two, but they will always be best buddies. Dustin used to tell Poseidon, "Brothers by chance, friends by choice." <3

Cecilia "A Sister? Niece?" - At first, Poseidon was confused by the sight of Cecilia. He was wondering how she became part of the family. One day, it was his "sister" Akari with a big belly, and the next, the belly was replaced with a little baby bean... Was she his sister? He didn't get it. "How could this be," he said, "that my sister, Akari, had a baby, Cecilia, my other sister?" Dustin chuckled and said, "No, Akari gave birth to your niece. It means you're an uncle now!" Poseidon was still a bit confused, because he thought uncles had to be older. Nevertheless, he put away his doubts and played with Cecilia. In the beginning, he thought Cecilia would take away all the attention from him, and he got jealous. Soon enough, he realized that was not the case, and he loved playing with her! He would try being a good "big brodder" like Dustin was for him. Poseidon would offer to feed Cecilia, and he would bring her to the park. (with Zisk supervising, of course!) He gave her a lot of his old toys,
all cars and stuffed animals, some building blocks. He tried to
teach her the "ways of the world", but she was a little too young to
understand! Cecilia was a great surprise to Poseidon's life, and he
loves his niece more than any other baby bean in the world!
