Lahar looked at Niente like a tiger watched his prey before killing it. Niente knew he was weaker than his oppenent, mainly caused by the big wound covering a third of his left flank. The mare that caused all this trouble stood apart from them, her eyes giving away that she was scared. As both stallions tried to make them look as big as possible and couldn't impress eachother, Lahar was the first one to attack. He stormed towards Niente, showed him his teeth and made his forelegs fly around like a hurricane. Niente felt something warm and wet dripping from his neck, but he succesfully ignored the pain and started his counterattack against Lahar with his green eyes furiously gleaming. Utter pain shot through Niente's flank as he jumped at Lahar, hitting his opponent's back with the forelegs, before turning around and kicking into his side. Lahar lurched to the side and almost lost his balance before he suddenly ended the short battle with a loud "Stop!", looked at Niente with a cold expression and simply trotted off then. Niente's opponent disappeared into the woods, leaving him behind with a wondering expression, but with an almost good feeling in his stomach, because although this fight was clearly just pendant, he was the one to stay with the mare.

Baldur´s tensed back muscles overstretched aching while he turns his lurking lowered head towards Jasper who stands ready to tackle in front of his flattened ears. Into this unnatural silence, he meant to hear virtually the emerging storm, borned out of their supercharged animus. Muted wailing doubts grows in his deepest inside this second. Hardly discernible for his fierced mind but already jumped into reality. Jasper was so jung, so inexperienced ... and already fullfilled with a strong will and endless fire in his soul. With lucid mind Baldur would has known how irrational this scene was, but this mare nebulizes his thoughts everytime she`s around his cognition - and how it seems, Jasper equal. The chance of a forthcoming tragedy rises into the probabilities of the moribund day while the sun sink down more and more into the whirring horizon. With his soul so far away, he realizes too late to act, that Jasper allowed his spanned body to leaped forward like a killing arrow to dig his teeth deep into his flesh.

Dust Devil danced through the dust, impressing the mares and showing off exactly how he'd gotten his name. Of course, these mares weren't his- not even close, he just wanted to show off and steal them. Once he saw the younger grey stallion charging towards him he gracefully turned tail and raised a cloud of dust, not interested in fighting. However, once he saw the stallion would not let up, he had no choice but to turn and face him. At first the grey was surprised, and Dust Devil wasted no time in using that to his advantage, ramming the grey's flank with his head, and then the battle was on. Evenly matched, height wise, Dust Devil was older and more experienced, his cunning green eyes took in Calcifer's every move. Guessing, correctly, that he was being underestimated, Calcifer wheeled sharply and struck out with his back hooves, catching Dust Devil right in the face and sending him rolling. He got to his hooves with a grunt of rage. Pride wounded and face stinging, he disappeared in a cloud of dust- but make no mistake, he would definitely be back for revenge.

Cringing from the taste of wet dirt in my mouth made me sick. I quickly turned to see the stallion who had done it, quickly realizing who it was, I flattened my ears against the skull and nipped my teeth into his shoulder, trying to tell him to stop. The stallion quickly reared and let out a fierce snort, [Name here] was obviously mad at me for some reason, but why? I let out a whinnie, trying to back down, but the stallion only forced me into it by jabbing his sharp left rear hoof into my thin, unmuscular neck.

"Aquilsim heard the undergrowth rustle as he nuzzled his mate in the side, despite being just barely out of colt stage. His mate was a slender, very small chestnut tobiano mare. A sleek,tall black equid snorted, it's eye gleaming from the shadows. His mane standing on end like a mohawk, he charged at the stallion at full speed. He reared and started full chase, his mane whipping at his face as if to dull his focus. As they ran into the mountain's swamplands, the older stallion kicked him on his left shoulder and the right side of his head with his fore-hooves. Vision whirling, he jabbed the skinny, starving stallion in the neck. His mate whinnied to stop, that he would be killed if he battled much longer. The stallion silenced her with one lightning-fast kick that flung her into the deepest pool, dead...lifeless...helpless. After the stallion lunged and bit his right ear, he ran for the hill...only to slip off the narrow cliff to his left...."

Fight scene: The two stallions eyed each other, one the shadowy tint of dusk and the other the blazing red of the dawn. Both had nearly identical emerald eyes, that locked onto each other's gazes as a pair of pink lips curled up. To the side was the mare, a pretty young thing who was having a great time being the center of attention and having caught the eyes of two young stallions. The grullo was a few years older than the red chestnut, but they were the same height and of similar build. Conrí couldn't stand the tension any longer, and reared; the two young males struck the earth with slate-colored hooves, snorting out their challenge. Tails lashing, their bodies crash together, striking out with hooves. Though it felt like hours, it was over in minutes, and the younger red stallion, Oprium, disappeared into the bush. Conrí had won, though looking back, he should have known a senior stallions would come along and snatch the mare away from him. That hardly mattered to him now; he barely remembered the mare, but he did remember the red chestnut colt he had sparred with, who soon became one of his closest friends.
