Every time that white face of his showed up I could feel the rage grow in my chest, my nose flared as I tried to snort out the hot rage inside me. I raced toward the Nahel before he could near my girl, gracing him with my two front hooves to his neck. What happen next happened in rapid secession and to be honest not much of it sticks with me, after getting kicked back, bit and getting my skin raked by him -of course I too did great amount of damage too. Nahel had pushed my buttons too hard this time and this time my hooves hit his chest as his connected with mine. Our hooves touched the earth once more as we reared up once again, showing just how strong we were, for her, anything for her. I turned, moving my back legs quickly to smash into his jaw, red was all I saw. He bit down on my back, bringing his front legs up into my stomach, while he took my hide hooves to his chest rapidly once again. I couldn't hear the sounds we made, but I'd heard a fight like this before, it was blood curtailing whinnies. He was just as bloody a mess as I was before he got a very, very lucky kick in, that kick, naturally hit my head.

"I think its time some other stallion took over you old fart" "Who you calling old you child" Calhoun seemed to be enraged at Takai's jibe and finally trotted with in lunging range. The younger stallion reared, his hooves pawing at the air as he aimed them at the Takais's head and upper flank, but he was quick on his hooves and easily dogged around the flailing limbs, and kicking out this his hide legs hr hit Calhoun's right flank. He had managed to knock the younger horse off balance, but that wouldn't last long, so Takai had to act quickly, he spun around so that he was once again facing Calhoun face on and into his mane with his teeth. Just when he thought he was winning the fight, the younger horse twisted his head in at and almost impossible angle and latched onto the side of Takai's neck with strong teeth. Letting out a small whinny of pain Takai tried to pull back and get into a better position to rear, but Calhoun held tight and all Takia managed to do was create more pain for himself. He stopped trying to pull away, panting, and glanced up at his mares, he loved and cared for them all deeply, but he felt like this battle probably meant the end of his reign here," I give" Takai, managed to say quietly. Calhoun held Takai's neck for one extra moment before releasing him and stepping away, he actually gave a nod of respect to Takai. He looked over at his mares one last time and called," Sorry ladies, looks like i'm going on vacation" the looking over at the young stallion he growled," Take care of them" Then without looking back once, head and tail held high, Takai trotted away, his ladies life officially over.

Tahir reared up, hooves clashing against Gale's, a wild fire in his emerald eyes. The sun beat down fiercely, and sweat ran down both stallions' backs, but neither was going to give up any time soon. Gale's hoof struck Tahir's shoulder and he whinnied fiercely, a bolt of pain running through him. A fierce longing for the mare filled him with strength, and he pushed back to his feet, eyes narrowed. He rushed at Gale, his blood hot and angry, but the other stallion sidestepped gracefully at the last second, leaving Tahir charging towards nothing but empty space. Tahir whipped around, breathing heavily, waiting for Gale's attack. Mistaking his calculated wait for weakness, the other stallion raced in confidently, rearing to strike, but Tahir copied his trick, stepping to the side and then delivering a careful blow, straight to the chest. Gale collapsed in the grass, breath knocked out of him. He eventually rose to his feet, and left with his tail dragging the dusty ground as Tahir curled his tail around the mare protectively, a smug smile curling over his face.

The tall fleabitten stallion smirked at Dyami with madness in his eyes, intent on the prize, a small, timid-looking palomino mare. Dyami snorted, pawing the ground, before he lunged forwards, biting down hard. Angry squeals echoed around the valley as the two stallions fought, blood lust in their eyes. For a moment, Dyami's opponent paused, sanity in his red eyes, but within in seconds, the madness had returned, and the fight continued. The sun began to set, lengthened shadows falling across the dark silhouettes of the fighting stallions. Desperate, Jekyll fought harder, and Dyami returned the favor, ears pinned against his head. With a final squeal, the red stallion reared, before crashing down onto Dyami, biting as they fell. As Jekyll stood up, the sanity returned, and Dyami took advantage of the other stallion; leaving before Jekyll's madness returned. With a soft nudge to the mare's shoulder, Dyami left in the falling darkness, followed closely by his newest trophy.
