Derby Pie is A chocolate and walnut pie with a pastry dough crust. Commonly made with pecans, chocolate chips and bourbon.

I think everything about three point screams out Derby pie.

Name: Evangeline Chime Ardes

Although a very pretty and feminine name, Evangeline detests her given name. She completely shuns it and goes by her nickname Evan, despite it being a boy's name. She prefers it. She might respond to Eva, but there's only a slim chance. And she'll never respond to Evangeline unless it's her mother, and never in the presence of anyone else.

Her middle and last name are quite interesting. She figured out something peculiar about them during her first mathematical class in grade seven. If you insert her middle name, Chime, after the R in her last name, Ardes, you get Archimedes, the supposed inventor of Pi, as 22/7. She wears them both proudly, unlike her first name.

I'd call him Pythagoras. Pythagoras was an Ancient Greek mathematician who is credited today for having come up with the Pythagorean Theorem, which is basically a bunch of math related tactics for solving problems with the hypotenuse of a right triangle. If you don't know what it is, you can look right here. Also The name Pythagoras because it has the sound of "Pi" at the beginning! Clever girl.

I'd give him a dark brown fuzzy scarf with white Pi markings all over it, a Pi earring for each ear, a bunch of number charms for his tail(usually just 3, 1, and 4), a collar with Pi all over it, a Pi necklace, some Pi armbands, some nerdy glasses, and a pie necklace.
If this bean were a pie, what flavor? I would say pie or Pi flavor, but face it. That joke is getting really old. I would instead make him a Cinnamon custard pie! I think his color scheme kind of fits this delicious pie, as I imagine the darker brown be cinnamon surrounded by the piebald sea of custard! Also this pie is really delicious. Like seriously.

1.)A dark grey metal pi earring. Raggio has only one
of these, and wears it on the left ear. He likes to
fiddle with it.

2.)A plain, silver fork hung on a thin grey wire
around his neck. Raggio calls himself an "official
pie and pi taster and measurer" Forks are the proper
utensil to use in pie eating.

3.) A long measuring tape in centimeters and inches.
You can't have pi without measurements after all,
and Raggio even graciously volunteers to measure
things other than circles. He may or may not have
had an invitation to do so.

4.) A long, thick, woolen, pie crust colored cloth
wrapped around the tail. Counting numbers are
embroidered in creamy-white along the edge. There
is one number that isn't a counting number. Can
you spot it? (Hint: π)

Banana cream pie is sweet and cheery,
but not very exotic, just like what I imagine this bean to be.

Name: Destiny Eve Clair is this lovely girl's full name. However, Destiny thinks her name is completely ridiculous and demands to be called "Eclair"; her middle initial and last name, and a delicious pastry she loves to bake, even though it always comes out blackened and burned. This name fits in with the delicious pie because, just like eclairs, they always wind up added to the burned assortment of failed pastry experiments that are Destiny's pride and joy.

Accessory: Example of some accessories. If you were to quickly glance over at this bean, you might first see the tie-dye blue and white striped fingerless gloves on her front legs. You might even see, perhaps, the tiny scrawl of a sequence of numbers, ever-changing, though commonly 6892, four digits of pi that (I believe) come after six-hundred eight-nine, so she can memorize them. Yet, squinting your eyes and trying not to attract strange looks at the same time, you might also spot the smaller, interesting details. As the aroma of burned bread wafting from her paws makes your eyes tear up, you may see the small, sleek calculator threatening to fall from Eclair's pouch, or even the crumbs of kiwi pie, hopelessly tangled in her soft, curly fur.

If this bean were a pie, what flavor? Kiwi pie. Mmm, just look at that powdered sugar lacing around the top, that waving crust, the soft green kiwi fruit placed inside ... Surprisingly, Destiny is a huge fan of kiwi pie and will even give in to buying pre-made pastries if they are kiwi-like. Of course, she has to drive around all day to actually find something, as kiwi aren't all that common in desserts, but she's always pleased at the end of the trip, munching on a kiwi-this or sipping a kiwi-that. However, there is another reason, since Eclair always likes to be on top of things and a step ahead, and it has to do with the unpopularity of kiwi. Once, an interviewer, strangely enough, asked her this question exactly. (Let's just say, that was the last time she was ever interviewed.) She launched into an hour-long speech about her choice, though the most important detail was that, if kiwi pie was truly as tragically uncommon as she thought it was, she likely wouldn't get eaten as a kiwi pie. This speech caused the crowd to start laughing, and barely anyone realized the "sense" Destiny apparently saw in this answer.

Personality: Destiny is a bit of a prideful bean. She always sees past her mistakes, sometimes in a good way, but often in an ignorant way, too. She holds her head high and pretends not to have a secret or fear in the world - perhaps because she sometimes forgets she does. Eclair doesn't always realize this arrogance - another thing she wishes to just drift past and forget. Even though she may overestimate herself, this bean is rather smart and this comes to her aid in some situations. Though not especially daring compared to her friends, Eclair's still pretty bold, or at least that's what she's said when rumors pass around on the wind.
