Positive thing that's happened in your life recently:
I was the only one out of my entire class to receive a score of 100/100 on the first essay of the year. The professor told me that that happens once every 2-5 years, and I was the first student in awhile to achieve this goal. I can't tell you how ecstatic I was upon finding out my grade for that essay. I worked hard on it, and I'm so glad my work paid off.

positive thing that's happened in your life recently: Let me start off by saying that my dad's not a very nice person - never really has been. Recently, we went on a nice, long holiday like we do once a year in order to get away from him and the hot-as-the-surface-of-the-sun home we lived in. While we were gone, we found quite a few reasons to get away from him, so when we got home we packed our stuff up and left the old jerk, which I'm very happy about. Now we're free, and my mum is about to get the farm of our dreams. Just the fact that we don't have to be around him any more, and that we can finally get the horses we want and the dogs we dreamed of and my mum can quit her job and retire to fulfill her own lifelong dream of owning a farm and rescuing animals in need just makes me really happy. So... yeah. Seems kind of depressing, I know, but it's the best thing that's ever happened to me.

Positive thing that's happened in your life recently: I had a math test not too long ago, and the results went so much more better than i had expected. I'm usually not the smartest person when it comes to math, therefore i was both surprised and very happy<3 ~

positive thing that's happened in your life recently: I have these birds called button quails and recently one just hatched. It is the cutest thing. He is about the size of a penny at the moment and enjoys eating most fruit in yoghurt. He is brown with neat little patterns and he falls asleep in your hand every time you hold him, but there is only one problem, what will we name him? Also we have 6 now and 6 where hatched this year. Our button quail's names are, Tazzy (the boy that fertilized the eggs, so the daddy), Piper (the mother who laid all of the hatched eggs), Silvia (the one that is the smartest and eats out of your hand), Miracle (one of Piper's daughters), Turbo ( Piper's son) and that little one that just hatched, they are all one big happy family. WE have to use an incubator because Piper wouldn't sit on her eggs, but guess what? she just started a week ago (it makes her look fat). The only problem with button quail is breeding, they breed like rats, and they have no laying season for eggs so we have 30+ eggs that we have to throw out each month from Silvia and Piper because we don't have enough room in the incubator to hold all of them, but now piper sits on 20 of them so there only 10 in the compost now! Oh and the size of the little eggs is probably the size of your pupil, and to top of everything little miracle (piper's 1 month old daughter) laid a mini egg! how's that for positive news c:

positive thing that's happened in your life recently:

I have a speaking role in a main-stage play next week! It's not a very big part, but I've never been in a play before at all, so for me, this is the best thing in the world! I have a singing solo also, and get to be center stage for nearly the entire song, and am one of the only named parts in the entire scene. I was never expecting to even get a good part, but then this happened, and... Aaaaah, I'm so nervously happy for this play! (Its the play Annie, by the way.)

It's going to be my birthday soon and I'm spending the weekend with my big sister planning out something fun to do on my birthday and spending time with her! It's been a while since I've seen my sis (she lives on her own), so I'm really excited for it. c:

positive thing that's happened in your life recently: That both of the plays I've been in went great! I was in a play at my local theater, and a play out of town. Even though both of them are over now, they both went well! Obviously there were some mistakes, but it's live theater, and that's bound to happen. I feel extremely lucky that I'm able to do something I love so much.
