This song always makes me feel happy. Firstly, it's by Little Mix which is one of my favourite groups/bands. And if you look at the lyrics or listen to the words they are so inspirational, I really do want to spread my wings. I can just get lost in this song and feel the music, and feel the happy beat. I feel like it's time to stand up for myself, this song is just so perfect. And I feel like this song would be motivational to this deerssert as well.

I thought that I'd tell you a true story. You see, at my school we have computers of course and everyone has a login and such. My form class happens to be in a computer room and I have a few classes where I go on a computer. I've started this thing where every time I log out or I am near one of these computers I write something nice or inspirational in the box where it says to put your username. Just little things like "inspire the world", "reach for the stars", and my favourite so far, "dream big. start small." I don't know if it helps anyone or brightens up anyone's day but I hope it does. I do it because I can, and simply because I can't help but think of the people that may not be as happy with their life or can just get a bit down or stressed. My messages are for those people, the strangers that come and go.

I heard of "Operation Beautiful" a long time ago - probably YEARS ago. Yeah, it's been a long time since I even thought about this tactic for helping girls overcome negative self-talk, but I suddenly thought of putting info on that here. I recently tried this at my home, and it didn't really have the BEST effects...so I'm planning on trying something new. Considering I go to a community public college where people are CONSTANTLY using harsh language and insulting words, I think it would be a great idea to start something like this, and I plan on doing so.
For more info, you can look at the official site right here. The actions are quite simple - all you need is a sticky note and a pen/pencil. You write a short, encouraging message that anyone would be pleased to receive, and stick it in a public place somewhere (preferably on a bathroom mirror) in hopes that someone will read it. Who knows? Perhaps you can make someone's day brighter and happier by following these simple actions!
