I'm afraid you cannot charge people to use your horse for breedings.

-They can remain closed for you
-They can be for private breedings
-They can be used for public

In all, you cannot charge another person for a breeding. Sorry :c You can get your horse taken away if done so.
By then, I'm sure everyone would either be rich or poor xD
