Plant, explanation of choice: Cucumis sativus, or just cucumber

Naokami is just like a cucumber. Strange similarity, but it has some logic. First of all, cucumber is a plant that grows close to the ground. The same way is with her- she can't be called "sublime", her daily worries and activities are quite temporal, worldly, though it doesn't make her boring and silly bean.
Secondly, everybody knows that cold fruit of cucumber can perfectly refresh you in a hot weather. In case with Naokami, any awkward situation, any tense atmosphere can be refreched, that's why her friends really appreciate her and her company.
But everybody noticed that cucumber has many small annoying prinkles- that means that Naokami is not so green as she seems. She just looks deeper into you and easily determine bad and good aspects of your personality. After that she's usually deciding would you be a good company for her. If not, you'll never force Naokami to trust you.
At last but not the least important of all, I would like to mention the similarity of Naokami's fur with a fruit of cucumber. This light green looks like cucumber's flesh, and light spots and stripes remind me about cucumber's seeds.
So, that is why I think that cucumber plant fits her the best way, according with her character as good as with her design.

why ;;
like parsley, which tastes rather bland and dull, august is a rather reserved and sophisticated bean. as this plant is used sparsely in recipes, august doesn't participate in too many conversations and prefers to be alone, perhaps reading a book, rather than being out in the world. parsley is often ignored in recipes as a simple garnish, as august is occasionally passed over. it tends to be under-appreciated as well, as it actually improves dishes immensely, which august would be like if he weren't so introverted. he's intelligent and had much to offer, but very few beans can see this in him. parsley is rather notorious for coming back year after year, which is a representation of one of august's better qualities; he's completely loyal to close friends and will always return to your side if you need him, no matter the circumstance. parsley is a pretty plant but never regarded as anything too spectacular, which really sums up august very well. quiet, reserved, gentle and loyal, but never desperate to stand out among others.

Why?: although it is an extremely common plant, i can't help but feel it suits her somehow. moss is not unusual, but soft, and attractive, like juliana. i chose moss out of the many different plants i could have picked because of the light green colour it has, and the likeness i see between it and her.

First a Kiwi fruit was originally called a Chinese gooseberry, then it changed to Melonette, then finally rested on kiwi fruit. I thought that melonette sounded like it could be a very feminine name. And since it was related to kiwi fruit, I choose it.

Although I originally was gonna say male, once I found the perfect name I had to choose Female.

Why?:
Honestly its the colours that got me. That lovely shade of green reminds of the inside of a kiwi fruit. And the lovely brown of the horns and eyes reminded me of the brown of a kiwi fruit. She just looks so fuzzy like the outside texture of a kiwi fruit. Like the personality I could see for her. All fuzzy and dull on the outside, but smooth and bright on the inside. At first she looks she has a dull personality and seems unwelcoming. But really, away from strangers she has a bright and cheerful personality. Someones just gotta get past that fuzzy outside.

Why?:
I chose a Kalmia Latifolia because I think it suites this bean
the most. If I do win her, her personality will represent this
flower. Being calm and nice on the outside and smiling at
all times.

This flower represents her smooth and calm personality,
and how she is just as unique as the flower is. She's very
shy and has a hobby of planting plants. I also love this
flower because of my old memories with my family, we
would always try to find this flower together, but we
never succeeded. But it was still fun!

Why : : Although Avory looks like her plant would be a dandelion, I think that isn't quite unique
enough for her personality. Mimosa Pudica, also known as the touch-me-not or Sensitive plant,
got its name for its leaves curling inwards when its shaken, touched, or blown. The name Mimosa
Pudica is Latin for 'Shy and bashful,' which describes Avory in a way that dandelions just cant.
Avory is very shy, and if snapped or yelled at will silence or perhaps even frighten her a little.
Just like the touch-me-not, she will pull back away from you and you will lose a little of her loyalty.
