Personality: Sweet as chocolate candy on Valentines day. Heart is creative and a great show jumper. Her favorite holiday is Valentines day and she likes to party hard with her best friend,(who she has a really big crush on) Soul. Heart is one of the judges favorites because she knows how to make her jumps count, however she is a terrible flats.
Likes: Jumping, Classics, Soul, Valentines Day
Dislikes: Reining, Some Western, Hot things
Problems: Heart has high knees, but never lets that slow her down. Her high knees are semi high but her high knees help her to push herself to fix them.
A Meeting Unforgetable: I was staring at a wonderful Western Pleasure horse. He was a handsome black tobiano stallion.He had beautiful stance, but knocked over a pole coming out backwards. He placed second. I had been watching from my stables when I heard my owner approach me. She pet me gently and lead me out with the lead that she had attached earlier. And honestly I had hated it when she put it on and I somehow forgot while I was watching the Stallion preform. I snorted and continued to obey my owner's lead. I hadn't been paying any attention to him, for, I figured we would never see each other again. But a handsome human walked him and put in two stables from mine. I was quite shocked. It was hours before I saw him again, but when I returned we spoke. I asked him his name and he said tightly 'Soul'. Hmmm what a strange name, I had thought. I continued asking him a string of questions. Such as where'd you get that ribbon? Where you coming from? How long will you be here? He anwsered them each lightening at each question. He came from Montana and got his ribbon there in the same act I watched him preform. He said he'd be here a while. I rejoiced as I had made a new friend.
Why Jumping? I like jumping because of the challenges it gives me. As you should know, I have high knees and I struggle to get over the jump. I love to be challenged.

Personality: Warm as fresh baked sugar cookies. Soul is hard to become friends with, but once you know him you'll always remember his charm and romanticness (is that a word??). Soul is a good western pleasure horse. He is thoughtful and cautious. Soul knows when to be the hero, but also when to stand down. Soul too loves Valentines day and his best friend, Heart.
Likes: Western Pleasure, Heart, Valentines Day, Trail rides
Dislikes: Classics, Really cold things, Reining
Problems: Soul has a long stride, which makes it hard for him to do somethings he loves. He sees Heart as a role model because he always struggles to be as positive as her.
A Meeting Unforgetable: I was watching her out of the corner of my eye as I backed out. She was a stunningly beautiful Flaxen Strawberry Roan Overo. She would not stop watching me. I became very unfocused and hit the pole to my right side. At that moment I started to curse her name, for my first show at this new place, I would not get first. I began to think, this will ruin my reputation here forever. Thank god after the placings someone took her staring eyes away! I had won second. Not as bad as I had expected. I was walked around the field several times. My owner was not happy with me. I began to hate this 'stunning mare'. I was put into a stable nothing like the kind from Montana, where I previously lived. The stall was lightly filled with hay and the feeder had oats and grain, which was not so bad. Maybe actually better than what I had before. On my stall gate was only one of my many first place ribbons. I sighed when the mare returned. I realized she was about to asked me questions. The look on her face just said it. She asked me a million questions! But afterwards I realized she wasn't so bad afterall. She said she's called heart for her enthusiasm and sweetness and I believe it! I had made my first real friend here.
Why Western Pleasure? Well because I'm good at it, of course. My first place ribbons come to me with ease. I like to get things without trying and many horses stare in awe at what comes easy.

You knew my name, for it is at the top of the page, but you don't know me (unless you've been stalking me!??). You might know I ordered one custom just this last session. And that I named her Ocean, but why would I want these Valentine's Day couple? I want them because I love Heart's color and Soul goes right with her. They are the perfect colors and match each other. I have yet to own a stallion and I recently got my very first cwhr horse who was a mare named Ocean. I would love to own such a beautiful couple. I realize there isn't quite noticable irony. That would be because I stink at irony. lol. However, I did try to make my forum noticable in other ways.
