[5-Year-Old Anna:] Elsa? [knocks]
Do you want to build a snowman?
Come on, let's go and play!
I never see you anymore
Come out the door
It's like you've gone away
We used to be best buddies
And now we're not
I wish you would tell me why!
Do you want to build a snowman?
It doesn't have to be a snowman...
[8-Year-Old Elsa:] Go away, Anna.
[5-Year-Old Anna:] Okay, bye...
[9-Year-Old Anna: (knocks)]
Do you want to build a snowman?
Or ride our bikes around the halls?
I think some company is overdue
I've started talking to
The pictures on the walls!
(Hang in there, Joan.)
It gets a little lonely
All these empty rooms
Just watching the hours tick by...
(tick-tock tick-tock tick-tock tick-tock)
[15-Year-Old Anna: (knocks)]
Elsa, please I know you're in there
People are asking where you've been
They say, "have courage" and I'm trying to
I'm right out here for you
Just let me in
We only have each other
It's just you and me
What are we gonna do?
Do you want to build a snowman? [sniff]

Story:Elanor ran around the house, jumping around and squealing gleefully.
“Ith snowing, Ith snowing, Ith snowing!!!” Elanor squeaked and pulled Scribble’s paw. “Daddy daddy do you wanna build a snowman?”
“No honey, I’m busy painting. Why don’t you ask Sono? He lives very close.” Scribble said kindly, wishing he could spend time with his daughter but knowing he had to work.
“Ok daddy…” Elanor sighed. She trotted over to the phone, hopped up on the counter, and called Sono.
“Sono?” Elanor sweetly asked
“Hi Ela…” the teenager grudgingly answered.
“Do you wanna build a snowman with me? Ith snowing!” She squealed.
“No.” Sono didn’t want to have to babysit the toddler, he had homework to do.
“It doesn’t have to be a snowman…” Elanor said quietly.
“Go away Ela.” Sono quickly disconnected the phone so she wouldn’t say any more.

“Ok, bye…” Elanor said sadly. She hopped off the counter and trudged back over to Scribble.
“Daddy?” She said.
“Yes dear?...” Scribble said, not looking up from painting.
“Sono doesn’t wanna build a snowman!” Elanor said indignantly.
“Hmmmm…” Scribble thought. “You could watch a movie?” He said aloud and got up, searching through the dvds they had. He pulled out a movie. It said Frozen on the title.
“Do you want to watch this Elanor?” He said as he showed her the DVD.
“Yes daddy! Dere’s a funny snowman on da fwont!” Elanor yelped delightedly and took off running toward the TV. As Scribble put in the disk, she bounced up and down in her seat excitedly. The movie started playing, and Elanor was entranced right away. She wouldn’t take her eyes off the screen.
After the credits started rolling down the screen, Elanor slid down the banister and told her daddy;
“You can call me Pwincess Anna now!”
