cerise has a bit of a tentative relationship
with her mother, rae; although she envies
rae's kind, open attitude, she often finds
herself pushed into social circles by her
at random. cerise is a bit more com-
fortable with her father, chocolate
mousse. he's a bit calmer, and this puts
her at ease when she is worried or sad.
cerise thinks of piglet and royce as 'guardians'
and protectors, in a way. they don't annoy
her as much as you'd think; instead
she thinks of them as a comforting
safety. she is a bit cautious around
dave and gemini - she doesn't know
them all that well, being the shy girl she is,
and would rather watch from the sidelines as
they laugh and play and form plans.
cerise is very, very fond of her lovebird, and
thinks of it as a friend when all else fails.

extra three: the lovebird ;
please read *after* extra two
cerise has always had a certain fondness and soft
spot for animals, and one day, she found a small female lovebird.
cerise pleaded to take her home, and finally her mother rae agreed,
on one condition-she must take care of the bird all by herself.
so cerise has continued to care for, and play with,
this bird. she calls it 'love', 'lovey' and various other names,
though the most common is what she has
confirmed it's 'real' name, April. This bird is like any other child's
pet to her, in that she dresses up the patient bird in bows
and barrettes, taking her time and having fun.
this bird is the perfect friend - any secret told to it is kept,
when cerise simply wants loneliness, no one jabbering
on around her - she has it, and so much more. as
funny as it is, april is one of the best friends cerise
really has- so far.

cerise is a bit of a shy bean, though mostly
she just enjoys peace and quiet so she can think
- cerise wants to be a bit more friendly, but she
isn't too socially awkward currently.
though she is a sweet girl, cerise is a bit too
cautious and tentative when picking and choosing
friends, and has very few so far. she wants to reach
out to others in a friendly manner, like her mother,
but just can't get the hang of it. cerise is also very sensitive
- though she rarely shows it. she hides her feelings
deep in her mind, but is easily hurt. you
may not see her react, but inside her mind she is
thinking of the remark she'd give if she were
some braver, bolder bean. i wouldn't necessarily
call her a timid, scared bean, but rather a one
who enjoys silent moments more than loud ones <3

cerise leapt out of the shadows of the
swaying oaks. "boo!" she cried,
and smiled triumphantly as royce
jumped back, surprised, and laughed.
"i told you i was better at hide
and go seek!" she taunted. royce's
eyes narrowed. "rematch. last one."
cerise rolled her eyes, completely
confident she'd win. her brother closed his eyes,
counting, and cerise darted away, quietly
whispering "excuse me's" to strangers. she finally
settled upon a small bush near the back of
the park - to small for most, but just right for cerise
to curl of next to. cerise tucked her tail fully
around her small, bright pelt, and waited. she
could hear royce clomping around, searching
for someone he would never find. and then - a dart
of pink and green along her vision. cerise
blinked, astonished, and peered out again. a small
lovebird sat right between her and royce. her
blue eyes flew up and down between them, trying
to time herself right. finally, she leaped out
of the bushes and scooped up the bird. royce turned, and
she ducked her head, but it was too late.
"told you!" royce shouted, celebrating a
victory of his own. the little bean barely
heard him, however, lost in a moment of
her own, watching the little bird intently. she
cradled it in her paws, then held them out,
waiting for it's claws to unlatch from her own
and the lovebird to fly away to freedom. and yet,
the bird just sat there,folded in it's wings, and
twisted it's own head to stare at
cerise. it chirped, and cerise beamed. "momma!
lookie here! i got a bird, i got a bird! can we keep 'im?
please, momma?" rae chuckled and slowly came over
to the excited bean."hmm....i suppose," she finally said, watching
cerise's eyes fill with bubbling excitement. "on one condition:
you've gotta take care of it, sweetie." cerise nodded
eagerly, prancing of with her new friend.

This beautiful girl is named Cerise; meaning cherry in French. That has always been her name and I think it suits her beautifully.

Ceri could be no other than a little girl in my eyes <3






Cerise enjoys a wide variety of things, but her main hobby is baking. It all started when her dad taught her how to make brownies, and it escalated from there. She loved being able to create things, and was naturally quite good at it. It didn't take her long to find many cookbooks in the house and she began experimenting. Soon the experiments turned in to cooking every day, and she learned that the baking was only half the fun. Serving food to her family and seeing their faces made it all even better, and to this day Cerise makes dessert ever night, much to her brothers' delight.



Cerise is very close to her whole family. In her eyes, without them she would be nothing.

Since she was born, Ceri has been a mama's girl. She is almost always by Rae's side, helping her out with various chores around the house.

My mum is the best bean in the world. She's always there for me and my brothers and I dunno what we would do wifout her! She's like superwoman, I don't know how she does it.

Cerise loves her dad. One of her favorite past-times is listening to his whimsical stories of his travels. She also enjoys making him brownies, his second favorite food.

My daddy is so cool. He tells the best stories ever, I bet no other bean gets as many amazing bedtime stories as I do! As if it couldn't get any better, every Saturday we go to the bee farm and get fresh honey. It's soooo good, and I don't know how I could live wifout it. Mum says I'm addicted!

'Rise and her big brother are quite close. At night, she likes to curl up in his big, fluffy side and read. He acts grumpy, but he secretly likes the time he gets to spend with his little sister.

Oink-Oink is a big fluffy-pants. He's really big and soft and he's always there to comfort me when I'm scared. Oink-Oink hugs are one of my favoritest things in the whole wide world!

Royce is more of a play-mate than a brother to Ceri. He's only a little bit older, so she's able to rough-house with him more than she can with Piglet.

Royce isn't as cool is Oink-Oink, but he plays wif' me more often. He doesn't like me as much as Oink-Oink either, but he loves me like a little sister. He's a good brother to have.

Hello there, I'm Gallifrey Falls. though feel free to call me whatever you want. I don't have an account on the JBD FC and I'm not planning to get one until I've acquired my first bean.

This lovely little girl's name would stay Cerise as I both love this name and think it suits her. I am also (partly) french and I just love the sound of it. I just thought it was perfect when you originally chose it and I still think it's perfect now!

Relationship with family:
R a e:
Cerise adores her mommy. They can most often be found together baking cookies, doodling silly things with chalk, or snuggling. Cerise will always stand up for her mom -and family in general- if someone insults her or them. Her mother protects her from harm and is always their to comfort Cerise and sympathize for her. Rae is always their for Cerise and her daughter loves her to the moon and back. They have a very close relationship though as Cerise grows older they may grow apart, or not, we'll see when the time comes.
C h o c o l a t e M o u s s e:
Cerise and her daddy are also very close. They often play, fool around and laugh together and can get kind of silly when together which sometimes upsets Rae. They are always glad when in each other's presence. Chocolate Mousse is the parent that Cerise will normally go to for bedtime -or anytime really- stories and occasionally she asks him to sing for her before she goes to sleep. Reading is one of their favorite shared activities. Cerise loves to listen to her dad read and as a result she actually listens to what he says -whether it be instructions, rules or whatever he's saying at the time.
O i n k:
Cerise is a tad closer to Oink than Royce though they are farther apart in age. Cerise looks to Oink for help and protection and he gives it to her. If Cerise has a nightmare Oink is the brother she will call on for comfort. When sitting together, she will go and sit by her older brother and he never does push her away. They adore each other and hardly ever get on each other's nerves. Oink will always protect her as will she protect him once she's just a little bit older.
R o y c e:
Now, Cerise's relationship with Royce is a whole different story. Despite the fact that, like all family, they love each other Royce and Cerise tend to get on each other's nerves. They often argue over pointless things and Rae, Chocolate Mousse or sometimes even Oink have to break them up. Royce is also Cerise's playmate. As they are closer to the same age, they share more of the same interests and habits. These two can often be found playfighting when not actually fighting and this is one of the few times that they actually -kind of- get along.

P e r s o n a l i t y:
Sweet I Sensitive I Bold

Cerise is sweet, just like the fruit from which came her name. She loves her everybody and anybody no matter the time or place. Always doing things to help out around the house and around her fellow Jellybean Dragons, Cerise is much appreciated by almost everybody. She often gives random gifts to everybody she knows. Among others, her top favortite thing to give is probably either flowers or homemade cards (especially when Valentine's day comes around).

Cerise can be very sensitive. She is easily upset though that really depends on the situation. Most times, she'll become angry at the person who's upset her rather than sad or remorseful. She can have a hot temper when someone's upset her so you better stay out of her way. If someone hurts her she will be hurt though she always tries her hardest to hide it and be strong -attempts usually made in vain.

Cerise is bold and opinionated. She doesn't let others push her or her family around. She will always stand up for her beliefs and is always willing to share her opinions. She's not afraid to show her true self in front of others for fear of being judged and everybody respects her because of this. Some people don't like her but Cerise figures "Hey, a couple people don't like me, I'll get over it!" Overall, she is very daring in what she says and does and is not afraid of being judged.

S h o r t S t o r y:

“Oink..?” the young Jellybean Dragon whispered as she stepped into her eldest brother’s room. She quickly but quietly tiptoed over to his bed and prodded his snout with her paw. “Oink? Are you awake?”

“Well, I am now,” her brother groaned as she poked him. “What’s wrong, little dragon?”

“Um…” replied Cerise quietly. She was just now realizing that she probably shouldn’t have woken up Oink. It was 1:42 am as they were both already somewhat tired from their family movie night the night before so it was certainly not the best idea. Although, in this case he might just forgive her as her reasoning seemed legitimate enough. “I had a nightmare.”

“Oh, well in that case… what about?” smiled Oink reassuringly as he sat up in bed and turned on a light. He patted the spot beside him, motioning for her to come sit with him. Eagerly, Cerise hopped up on the bed and snuggled up to Oink.

She looked up at him, “It was about… well, I woke up in my bed and it was all dark and scary outside. Then, I went to go find you and mommy and daddy and Royce but you were all disappeared. I couldn’t find any persons in the house at all,” Cerise whimpered.

By the time she finished her recount Cerise was close to tears. “Hey,” comforted Oink. “It was just a dream, a stupid dream that wasn’t real. It was just meant to scare you. It wasn’t real… we’re all still here and we’re not going to disappear. You’re okay.” He patted her head and held her close as he said this.

“Are you sure..?” whispered Cerise after a minute.

“Positive,” smiled Oink. “Nobody’s going to hurt any of us, or you, I’ll make sure of that.”
Cerise smiled back at him as she lifted her head.

“Okay,” she said. “But just in case the nightmares come back, can I sleep with you tonight?” Cerise pleaded.

“Well, I am tired… but okay,” Oink replied softly. “As long as you promise not to wiggle and wake me up.”

“I won’t,” promised the little bean as she snuggled in closer. “Goodnight.”

“Goodnight,” smiled Oink as he shut off the light. “Sleep tight,” he said but Cerise was already sound asleep -hopefully dreaming happier dreams than before. So, the older bean set his head on the pillow and drifted off as well.
