Quirks/Habits: Whenever nervous, Sahara will tap her claws against her

nose and then snort and scratch it afterwards as if she has an itch. If you know this little bean well enough, you’ll know she gets scared easily and she has a few little quirks that are signs that show what’s scaring her. When there’s a loud sound, her ears will quiver and she will bet her tail making a little chittering sound. When it’s dark, she’ll puff a bit of smoke and scratch at the back of her paws against the ground.

Sahara is a fairly calm, mellow, and observant child most of the time, while

most children love running around having adventures, she enjoys staying

inside coloring and pretending. And for a very good reason, Sahara is a very Skittish and shy bean. Sahara loves the idea of going on adventures and doing brave things with friend but her fear and shyness usually hold her back and make her play it safe, avoiding the wildness. Being as she is she really wants the chance to play with other beans her age but she is often too frightened to ask to play. Because of this, she is generally left playing alone though sometimes she’ll get lucky and have another bean invite her to play with her and she’ll consider them a really close friend for being kind enough to let her play with them. Most of the time, the beans that decide to play with Sahara are adult beans who feel sorry for her or like how calm, quiet, and sweet she really is almost all of the time.personality contains 330 words.

As a huge fan of the Egyptians, this name means a lot to me.

If you ever meet Anubis, you'll discover a strange boy. Anubis is like an Egyptian Pharaoh of old. He is stubborn, princely and inconsiderate. He seems to believe that he is, in fact, a descendant of the Ancient Egyptains, and even though it is impossible, he will not listen. If Anubis wants something his way, he'll get it. He's very persuasive, you'll notice. Anubis is a king, or so he thinks. He certainly acts like it, in this way he speaks and writes in heiroglyphs. He is a protector of his kingdom, whatever it may be. Like any self-respecting king, Anubis gets very offended if touched without his permission. He likes to be notified if new things are coming into his life, and gets rather sniffy if he is not alerted. Anubis, in honour of his 'heritage', tends to wear a nemes (the striped headdress worn by Egyptian royalty) and an Ankh necklace. He also carries a scepter with him in his pouch. Very traditional. Anubis is like a donkey. He will go where he wants, and point blank refuse to go any further. If he wants to buy an ice cream, you'll find yourself buying him an ice cream. It's worth it, just to see his small face, scrunched in concentration, licking an ice cream. He likes lemon sorbet, by the way.

• Saline is a strange young JellyBean. He is a bit like a crazy uncle.
He's highly intelligent and he often blurts out the most random facts for no apparent
reason, before he goes into a detailed description of why it is relevant. He enjoys
reading anything he can get his paws on, even encyclopaedias. He enjoys nature,
and he's most often found bustling around the forest, checking different things
and measuring thing or observing that.

• He is surprisingly very philosophical and wise for his age and he often
talks about the roots of the forest and how each life depends on the other.
The outside world fascinates him to no end. His eyes are large and full of
wonder of the things around him. He is always looking for things, from the
meaning of life to a firefly, or maybe even a leaf.

• Saline, however, enjoys swimming most of all. He likes to go and play
in the salty ocean until his fur is dried in sticky clumps and his pelt is full of
sand. He loves to watch the marine life go by, and explore coral reefs, and
collect seashells. He has a large collection of many things- books, shells,
leaves, rocks, and sometimes feathers.

• He hates litter and garbage and pollution with all his being. He will
mourn the loss of any animal or plant to deforestation or poisoning or
poaching. He is extremely loyal and protective and he often shelters smaller
animals. He is certainly always busy and he is never bored. He likes to smile
and it is rare to seem him frowning, unless he is concentrating. He likes to
think of himself as a detective- solving mysteries and crimes in or against
Nature, like why this tree died or who attacked that sign.

• At the end of the day, however, Saline is just another young JellyBean
Dragon- sleepy. He is scared of the dark, and so as soon as the sun goes
down he runs home and tucks his nose under his tail and shuts his eyes.
He has never seen the stars because he is too afraid to actually go out
there, but he loves to read about them and see pictures of them. For
a Bean like him, his greatest dream would be to see the stars,
in person and up close by flying through the night sky.

• Around other JBDs he is happy-go-lucky and awkward, eager
to show them an oddly-shaped leaf or a strange bug he had found.
He is very amiable and jovial, he gets along with most anyone, even
if they do think he is odd. Some call him naive but really Saline just
believes he should be himself and that no one deserves to be bullied.

• Because he is scared of the dark, Saline sleeps with a large
teddy bear almost the size of himself. He also has several other fears,
some of them silly, some not, but he always comes up with a way to
overcome them.

Although she is small, she will keep up her passion for the forest.

The notes she takes are important. They remind her of her love of music.

I would name this lovely little girl Vada Marie. I got the name Vada from the move My Girl and I just always put Vada and Marie together, I like the way it sounds. However for right now she just goes by Vada. I know Vada is a strange name it is pronounced like [Vay-Duh]. A lot of time other beans mess up and call her [Vah-dah] it doesn't bother her because it happens often and she usually just politely corrects them.

Hey! I'm JayzPF. ^w^ I've had the username ever since I came to CS, even though I might change it to something more iconic soon. I am a non-owner and I hope to make this girl my first bean! <3

If I were to somehow win this beauty, I would name her Theia.

There is a theory about how our moon was formed called the Giant Impact Hypothesis. Supposedly, about four and a half billion years ago, a celestial body around the same size as Mars collided into Earth. Debris from the massive impact compacted together in space not far from Earth and eventually formed the moon. Where does 'Theia' come in to this? Many call the object Theia after the Greek Titan. In mythology, she is the mother of Selene, the moon goddess. As of right now, this theory is the most widely accepted for the formation of the moon.

When I first lay eyes on this bean, I immediately thought, "sky!" like I'm sure many others did. Her eyes are pale and luminescent, like the moon. I had always been fascinated with the GI Hypothesis, and the name Theia just seemed to merge flawlessly with my image of this bean.

Theia is, overall, a rather complex bean. She has a vast variety of moods she sifts through as quickly as rainfall and often finds herself with conflicting feelings.

This little lady has a sort of stoic intelligence. She is undoubtedly clever and wise beyond her years, and isn't afraid to show it. Many find her know-it-all attitude quite annoying, but she either doesn't know or doesn't care. She's like that. It's impossible to tell how she's really feeling without a direct response, and even then you won't know if it's the truth. Theia also has an intense desire to be right all the time. Whenever her actions or opinions are questioned, she feels threatened and becomes jaded. She would never admit to having done something wrong.

Theia despises having to rely on others in any way. She hates feeling like someone has an advantage over her - something that she usually possesses. You could say that 'she can't take what she dishes out', and you would be right. She's selfish but is disgusted by greedy people. She's cocky but dislikes those who boast. She is a complete hypocrite and she knows it, and it brings shame to her heart.

A hobby of hers is to sneak out at night and read by firelight. Theia isn't a big fan of sleep because she likes being vigilant and always aware of what goes on. She has a vast collection of books and other reading material, and finds it easier to concentrate on a story when others aren't around. For this purpose, Theia hides a tiny red and black lantern near her designated sleeping area most of the time. On rare occasions, she'll string it on a rope and loop it around her neck so she can carry it from place to place.

Theia has another quirk, and it isn't nearly as endearing as her nighttime reading tendency. This bean is very snarky and will conjure up random lies about things just to spite people. It's hard to explain, but she just gets some sort of kick out of knowing she can make people believe false ideas. She might tell you something, then smile so mischievously you're sure that she's lying. Then you find out she isn't! It doesn't happen very often, but when it does it annoys everyone involved except her.

Surprisingly, despite her unfriendly nature, this bean is very mature. She takes deep pride in being 'the responsible one'. She is quick to chastise and correct those who use colloquial speech and physically gets angry when people pronounce words wrong. This is the effect of her own spoonerism problem. It is not uncommon for her to snap, "Mindly kind your own business" instead of "Kindly mind your own business" or something else along those lines; an error that leaves her chagrined.
