Answer: Valiance loves edelweiss because of its uniqueness. Unlike other flowers, its petals are not smooth and delicate but thick and woolly. Despite its small size and lack of bright color, it stands out like a white equid in a herd of bays. Valiance loves how unique everything is, but edelweiss in particular, when it comes to flowers, catches her eye. It also symbolizes daring and courage, which are the best words to describe her own personality.

Answer: Calla's favorite flower is the one she is named after, the calla lily, if you hadn't guessed. She loves their sloping white {or sometimes pink} leaves, which are tricky and mysterious like the poinsettia- the colored part is a bract, not really a flower at all! She often wishes she could be as mischievous as that, but she just doesn't have the heart for it. She also loves the little yellow bit poking out from deep inside, like a little cob of corn hidden deep within a husk.
