I chose the name Carol because I wanted to have some connection
to the "Winter" part of this little mare, but also not base it on that
entirely. Rose comes from the pink colours. A small coincidence that
I noticed just now is that if you rearrange Carol, you can make the
word "coral" which is also a pinkish colour.
