If he were to choose the weather, it would always be bright and sunny, right after a light rain shower where the grass is it's brightest and the sun is warming his back while evaporating all of the small droplets that clung to him. Tiayo thinks that this time is better than any other since when it's just hot, it makes him uncomfortable and while it's raining, well, know. He just doesn't like rain all that much.
