why i want her

fireflies. My username is fireflies., it sounds quite pretty does it not? xD I changed my username not very long ago at all, Air just didn't really seem to fit me anymore ; I got bored of it, to be honest and longed for a change. I chose fireflies because I've always been interested in the bugs ; it was almost like magic to me, really. Past usernames have been the most recent, Air, Black caviar, greenchickencurry and a few more that I can't be bothered naming. I guess my nickname could be fire or fly but currently, I have no nickname.

rozalina. A fairly common russian name meaning 'It was subsequently influenced by the Latin phrase rosa linda beautiful rose', at least that's what the internet says. It is strictly an only female name and she doesn't know any males who have the name as her, that's for sure! A different spelling of it is Rosaline and you pronounce it like 'rah-zah-LEE-nah' - the russian spelling of the name is Розалина though it also confuses me, I admit. c: It is unknown why this girl's parents picked the name Rozalina and it's not like she could ever ask them if she managed to track them down, they were gone the moment she was born and she still questioned what happened to them.

female. Rozalina wouldn't be able to not feel very insulted if you asked her such a question like this. Alright, a first glance you could easily see her as a male with a dark glint in her eyes and a very musclar build despite her gender, not to mention a harsh yet emotionless voice. All these things lead up to her being a guy but she is not, so if you did ask her about it she'll just shoot one hurt look your way before walking away withnot another word. After that, Rozalina would probably be sour to you for the rest of the year - no, in fact she would be sour to you for the rest of your life. Yet this girl's used to such careless comments this at the moment, still doesn't stop her from feeling offended.

moscow. She was wary as she headed down the streets, keen eyes darting from side to side, expecting an attack to come. It had never happened to her before but she had heard the horrific stories of which happened to young girls caught on the dark streets at this ungodly hour. Because of these safety issues, the young female layed one hand lightly on a carefully concealed blade that she had sharpened before she went out. The breeze was close to freezing and chips of ice dangled down from the closed stores around like glittering butterflies at twilight. A stray dog which was just about skin and bones by now nosed hungrily at the scraps in the trash can, searching a small meal. It had infected scabs and in case of anything bad [ there was a slim chance it may have rabies ] it may be carrying, she kept her distance from it.

She was just out the city and the building's bright lights created a faint glow, even from where she was standing. An old man was lying limply by the wall for a moment she was concerned he was dead even though most others would act like it was none of their business. Worried, she watched him until she noticed the bottle of vodka, he was just passed out drunk - by day he begged random people for money out on the streets but by night he drank booz when he told other he just wanted to by a warm coat and blanket for the winter. ''Liar,'' she mumbled bitterly under her breath as she passed him. Steering right past a couple of young blokes having a punch-up, one of them was getting hammered by the bigger one but if she tried to step in there was a risky chance that they would turn their attention to her instead. It wasn't worth it - let them sort it out the way men do, beat the crap out of each other.

Rozalina quickened her pace and nodded a greeting to a group of attractive yet sniggering young women but they didn't even turn to look at her, she wasn't surprised though. People who lived here were as tough as rock and often kept to themselves or tight groups which were formed at an early age. As she walked away, she could feel there icy stares boring into her though she didn't take the bait and look around. Finally, the young woman had arrived to her small flat and tried to turn on the lights but only darkness came. She waited, it sometimes took a minute or so to turn on but nothing came. Blackout, again.
