Dreams in the dusk,
Only dreams closing the day
And with the day’s close going back
To the gray things, the dark things,
The far, deep things of dreamland.

Dreams, only dreams in the dusk,
Only the old remembered pictures
Of lost days when the day’s loss
Wrote in tears the heart’s loss.

Tears and loss and broken dreams
May find your heart at dusk

That it was a hard journey,
And I couldn't turn back.

They call it a 'journey'
Something that must be done.
But I'd call it an adventure,
Thats full of excitement and fun.

Sure the going gets tough,
and i've had my fair share.
Of broken hearts inside,
But im sure she's out there.

But when im asked of this 'Journey',
I simply reply,
"Im still on this journey,
And will be to the day I die"

"Starlight, star bright, as the first star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, have this wish I wish tonight..."

I wandered the path of the lost, not worried about the cost
There was no need to fear, no, I didn't shed a tear
With my silent cries, I thought of my nightly allies
The moon's light shines bright, on this dark and stormy night
"I wish to go home" I whisper as these creatures roam
No. There isn't a need for wishing, while the lake below is swishing
For I have the moon, it shall guide me 'till noon.

This wind is unforgiving and all the clouds are missing
But I know there is hope, so a little longer I shall cope
My commitment is strong, for I have stayed very long.
I have to keep trying, I wont be dying
It's got to be my destiny, because it's what the moon and it's light is telling me.

The sun is rising, the dawn is revising
The oranges, purples and pink, have showed themselves in a wink
All my dreams have come true, I catch my breath "whew!"

When dusk arises the next night, I look to the moon's light
"Thank you, your job isn't easy to do!"
That wise dragon in the moon, will aid me again soon...

A flickering shadow,
A gleam of the light,
Up out the window,
And into the night.



A twinkling blanket,
Of the star studded night.
A heart lapped the freedom,
As the creature took flight.



All cusped in the darkness,
But two pearl-white eyes,
Amid the dark foliage,
A clever disguise.



Upon the hill ahead,
Perched a sole silhouette.
He gazed at the moonlight,
As tears gleamed wet.



The creature in hiding,
Bounded up to the bean,
They embraced, all enclosing,
Decades been since they’d seen.



The girl raised her head,
Her cheeks a clear stream,
She put her hands on his,
And whispered to the boy-bean.



And as the sunrise,
Turned day into night,
Away fled the bean,
In the morning light.



The boy stood alone,
In the gleaming light,
His lover again,
Was out of his sight.



For away with the dawn,
Ran the troubled young bean,
The young love that called her,
Made grass all the more green.



She cried every day,
And ran out during the night,
Each night there was the couple,

The river starts small,
Just a small trickle
It runs down the mountains
Growing as it falls

The river grows bigger
Strength coming with
It begins to rock the little boats
Floating on the waves

The river grows even more,
Until it is almost full
But crashes down a waterfall
A break in the serenity

After the waterfalls struggle
The river grows stronger than ever
As it faces the meander
In an adolecent way

The meander grows weaker
But the river does not
Thunders along
In a calm wavy path

It soon begins to slow
And adopt a calmer way
Gushing soundly
Over the harmless rocks

Eventually, things close to stop
The river spreads wide
Forming an estuary
Leading to somewhere new

The sea is the final resting place
For our dear river
But dont you think
Their lives are just like ours

They coarse through it
With rises and falls
And finally stop
At the final fall
