The name of it is Better than sex cake. (if this is inappropriate to have the name on here let me know and I'll edit the name off and just keep the other things) Here, what it consists of is devil's food cake with sweetened condensed milk, and caramel ice cream topping in the devil food cake. On the top is whip topping with crushed chocolate covered toffee on the top of it. Recipe here
