If you go to the main thread and loo at the staff list, those are the users who can post scales on the Fanclub. Keep I mind that these will only be new posts, so no need to look through any old Fanclub posts.
If any mod, staff, or possibly judge posts on the Fanclub, there may be scales. Anywhere else means no possibility of scales.
