Hello, I'm Kikoyo. I usually don't enter contests like this, because I'm not a native speaker and my english isn't even close to be as good as I want it to be. I always feel like not being able to write down what I actually want to say. But I couldn't resist this time, and will hopefully find someone to correct my form before I go on vacation after christmas. That gives me two days, but I'll do my best!

Her name will be Lacey. There is a coral named „lace coral“, which appears in different shades of pink, orange, violet or even white and blue. I think the name suits her and her personality very well and I hope you agree.

Lacey is a female, and although she is far away from being a lady, it's pretty obvious that she's a girl.

kaki fruit/ persimmon, which looks almost like an orange tomato, but is softer and smells sweet, mango-like.

describe the taste of this fruit!:

„When I ate my first Kaki fruit, my first thought was that it smelled like a super sweet mango. But after the first bite, it went more to peach, apricot or even melon-like. Kakis leave, as long as they are ripe, a very fresh, but sweet taste.“

There is one phrase that describes her better than thousand words could: Filled with overflowing energy. Lacey seems to rush through her day without getting tired, totally enjoying every single moment of her life. She's too impatient to even listen quietly to someone for more than a few minutes without starting to figdet, and always needs something to do.

She loves to be the center of everyone's attention and is a little whirlwind. Known as very communicative and outgoing, she is confident and chatty even if she doesn't know the one she's talking to. Lacey wears her heart on her sleeve and isn't afraid to show what she feels, but tends to block everyone who's trying to become more than „just a friend.“

„If you were a zebra, you'd have spots.“ That's what a good friend once told her, and that's absolutely true. Lacey has a bright, creative and colorful soul with a strong touch of craziness, which makes her an interesting, but not always easy to handle person. If she settled on an idea, it's nearly impossible to disabuse her from it, and many get annoyed by the energy she never seems to loose.

Lacey doesn't really care, though, and nothing keeps her away from being herself. Being the extroverted Mako she is, she talks to many different kind of people and loves to hear the stories they tell – where they are from, what happened to them or just a wonderful place they once visited. Then, and only then, she sits quietly, her eyes as big as a child's.

The young Mako has a big heart and wants everyone around her to be happy or at least to have some hope. She can't stand sadness and, even though she may not be the best in comforting someone, always tries her best to help the ones she loves.

...time of day: „Early dawn, I think. Not sure though, never thought about it. But I love watching the sun rising, or walking through the world before everyone wakes up, gaining energy for a long day.“

...element: „Funny question. Water of course! Many people think water is blue, but that's not true. Water is also green and white and brown and pink and yellow... Full of colors and so much fun to watch! But every child is told: „Water is blue.“ I don't get it.“

These creatures are so huge, and yet so peace- and graceful! And when the whale started to sing, my whole body started to shake. I couldn't move! Makoatl name:Coralia, a play on the greek name of Cora; and its direct translation is "Maiden"
She goes by the nickname of Cori, but will become annoyed with anyone who uses the name without her permission. She's called 'coral-butt' affectionately by those extremely close to her, and no one else would get away with calling her such a name. Mostly family members refer to her as such.

Gender: She is a female; and acts like one. She makes necklaces,and appreciates beauty over things that are 'cool'.

Favorite fruit:Mangos. When she was a pup she stumbled across a mango floating in the water, mistaking it for a fish she pounced on it and ended up biting it. She immediately fell in love with the 'strange tasting face-less fish'. It took her a while to realize that it was a fruit, and not a fish. She will gather the fruits in bunches, and will often try to stay around where mangos grow. She loves the juice specifically.



Describe the taste of this fruit!: Mangos are tangy, and depending on when you get one, it can be very sweet or very sour. Coralia likes the taste of them when they're sour, as they are more interesting that way, but she enjoys them both ways. She's very fond of her sense of taste, and loves anything that tastes good. She also loves to eat crabs (When she can get them open). She often pulls pranks on humans to steal their food away;since its actually cooked. She especially loves to steal fruit from them, because of the chance she may taste something new from a far off place.





Though mangos are her favorites, she's a definite fruit lover. She likes almost all kinds of fruit, and fruit juices. She does like to eat fish as well, and will eat them because they are easier to find near her homes. She has a grudge against coconuts, from being unable to open the hard shells without a lot of hassle, and will often attack them just out of spite, mostly making a fool of herself in the process. She does occasionally manage to open them and when she does she enjoys the taste of the coconut milk. You have to be really good friends with her to get her to share her fruit with you.

Personality:She is slow to trust others of any kind, but once someone takes the time to know her shes incredibly funloving. She's a bit of a trickster,but won't prank those she's not familiar with. Though she enjoys startling people, she is very jumpy herself. When startled she tends to immediately bolt and hide. She has a good pain tolerance from living among the stinging tentacles of anemones and other stinging animals of the coral reefs. This allows her to ward off any threats by simply going where they can't reach her and let the natural formations take care of them instead. Though she has a skittish nature, she will defend herself if she needs to.

To be considered one of her genuine friends is an honor, as she's slow to trust anyone. Her friends are few and far between, but once she's decided that she likes someone, she isn't quick to abandon them. She likes music, but detests loud noises. Since she's impatient she doesn't often focus on much for long periods of time. She also has the occasionally tendency of being rude, but its not intentional, instead just slips of the tongue. She means well most of the time, but sometimes she gets carried away with a prank and can genuinely make someone upset.


She grew up as the only pup of her litter, and quickly became independent and detached. She's perfectly fine living on her own. While she sometimes enjoys company, she has yet to meet anyone she can always get along with, so she's not really looking for a mate. She's just as content to spend time with the fish as with anyone else.. She's got a testy tempter, and while she isn't necessarily quick to anger, she has random outbursts of rage, because its usually difficult to tell when she's becoming angry.

She doesn't often become sad, as her ditzy personality often causes her to jump straight back from a bad mood in only a short time.

She grew up a pretty normal life; but it was this normality that lead her to have the creative personality she has today. Her mother inspired her to adore beauty by teaching her about all of the different species of corals; and helping her learn to understand and respect life around her. They spent hours upon hours studying the waters of their home, from pom-pom corals to angelfish; and all the life inbetween.
She only kills what she needs to eat to live; and loves to learn. She's observant; and has a flash memory that helps her retain what she sees in the small time before she loses interest. This means that just because something seems not to interest her; doesn't mean she isn't paying attention.
Though she has a good memory of sight; she isn't good at remembering names,or things she is told.
She is definitely a visual learner and will much more effectively learn not to do something when shown the consequences of doing so.
She spent her youth reaching out for an outlet to be different, and eventually left home to follow her dream of finding a personal paradise. She does visit her family when she comes close to them; and does enjoy their company for short periods of time.

How she spends her time:One of her favorite activities is to surprise schools of fish. She hides among the coral that she resembles in color and jumps out to startle the unsuspecting animals. She will occasionally build things out of coral to amuse herself when she isn't hunting. She sometimes turns these animals into little homes that she will build and as the animal grows, her homes become more complex. She is however,impatient and she will not stay long in one home, but will instead leave to build another before returning to the one she'd constructed before. She's an artist of sorts, but doesn't make pictures, instead she likes to make sculptures of all types. She will occasionally make shell necklaces, that she will either hoard in her homes, or give to her friends. She gathers shells on the black string she wears; and later puts them on necklaces. She gathers string from fishing nets; and if she's short on the material she'll sometimes make necklaces of kelp to keep herself busy, though they don't last very long. She'll spend hours making necklaces, and will spend a lot of time polishing each individual shell to make them as pretty as she can get them to be. Only when she's cleaning shells is she truly patient. Someone stealing or breaking her necklaces is one of the few things that truly upsets her. She'll fall into a depressed funk if her hard work is destroyed. The only thing that would make her sadder,is if someone was to reject one of her gifts. If she has too many of her necklaces, she'll toss some on land,and wait curiously for humans to find them. She doesn't always like humans, but she does find them intriguing.


She loves to look at the sky, and loves the sunset. That also contributes to her love of mangos, which she nicknames sunset-fruits. She will poke her head out of the water to see the sky, and will often build her homes in shallow areas of water so that she can sleep with the sky in sight. She loathes storms, and will hide whenever the sky is grey, however. This stems from an instance when she was a pup and was swept away by the powerful waves in a storm from her family. While she found her way back she was scarred for life by the thought she'd be lost forever.


She's a tremendous fan of water; and will avoid going on land as much as possible. If she does; its only to get mangos, and she'll hide on land or in small underwater caves during a storm to avoid being swept away. She also likes to watch the land; she finds the animals that have to walk to be funny; since she usually prefers to be swimming. She herself is notoriously clumsy on foot, but her graceful swimming makes up for it. While she likes the water, she is especially intrigued by fire; and the colors it makes.
She despises boats as well as storms, and will avoid them at all costs.

She loves to cook; Or at least try to. She tries to cook using the thermal heat from the bottom of the ocean, but since she likes the shallow water its too far for her most of the time. So instead she'll wander on land and try to start fires. She watches humans to learn this; and while she hasn't been successful yet, it hasn't stopped her from trying.

Her dreams and lifetime goals, her real motive in life, is represented in the song Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift ft. The Civil Wars;
She hopes one day she'll be somewhere where there aren't any storms to drag her away; and one of her dreams is to find somewhere always sunny; She's optimistic; and always on the search for her own paradise.
Though she's usually alone, she holds onto the hope that she'll find her perfect home. And she dreams of building the biggest coral castle she can as soon as she's found that place.
Someplace she can truly be; Safe and Sound.
From human's boats, from the horrible machines that farm her poor coral reef home, and from natures wrath upon the sea, tearing the waves apart at the seams.


She'll stay on her constant search for a home she truly feels she belongs; and try to make the world a more beautiful place as best as she can on the way. She's a Mako who leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets and one that you can never truly forget. Whether its her sculptures, her jewelry, or just her overall quirky personality that catches you; she's an ever-evolving; and impacting character who wants nothing more than to make a difference.
Though she might not be perfect; She has bursts of anger, and she has some unrealistic goals, perhaps its her strive to achieve the impossible that inspires others so strongly. She's clumsy, and doesn't like others much, but she's a friend worth growing to have.

Favorite Fruit:
Peaches! I still remember the first time I ate a peach. I was wondering around the land trying to find a place to sleep. I herd a rustle from a bush in front of me and I started to sneak towards it. "Maybe a quick meal before I sleep" I said to myself. I was now a foot from the bush. I jumped into the bush to see a rabbit running away I quickly got up and started to go after it. But as I ran I tripped over a branch and fell to the ground. I got up and looked around I did not see the rabbit any where. With a low growl I started walking back to the place I was going to go to sleep but stopped when I stepped on something squishy. I looked down to see a squished round thing under my paw. I sniffed it and i had never smelled anything like it. I looked in front of me to see more round things laying on the ground. I walked up to them and started touching them trying to figure what they where. I took one in my mouth and started to see if it was something that I could eat and then I was hit by this juicy and sweet taste. I soon started eating all of them and soon started feeling sleepy again. I walked back to my sleeping place and began to dream of peaches.


Describe the taste of this fruit!:
Oh the taste of a peach is something I can never forget. When you pick up a peach its skin has thin hairs that give it a velvety feel. When you bite into it you get this tangy, sweet, and juice feel. If you get a really good peach it will leave a mild taste. When you get closer to the pit of the peach it will get juicer. You can only get the really good peaches in the summer. That's when I start my hunt for the first peaches.

That would have to be Phildel! She has an amazing voice and her music is soft and nice. My favorite song of her's has to be 'Funeral bell'. Call me cheesy, sappy, and girly but I love that song no matter what anyone says.

Do you have some movies you like?:
I don't have any favorite movies at the moment but do like black and white movies.

About how old are you?:
I am 23. My birthday is on September 15.

What are some of your hobbies?:
I like to draw, sing, and swim. When I was little I would take a stick and draw things in the dirt or sand. I just started to sing and found out that it clams be down when I am scared or nervous. And I have loved swimming my whole life. When I would cry my mom would take me to the shallow part of the water and lay me in the water. I would stop crying and start jumping around all happy again.

Do you have a lady in your life?:
Haha no I don't. I was never big on dating I did not see the point to it. But now that I am older I might start thinking about it.

Do you have any quirks about yourself?:
I have trouble deciding things I feel as if there is a right answer for everything and if I don't get it right I feel embarrassed.

Any allergies?
Yes, I am allergic to mosquitos. When a mosquito bites me I swell up a lot more then the average person.

makoatl name: I've chosen the name Samoana. It is pronounced Sah - moe - ah - ni - ah. This name is deprived from the exotic island of Samoa which is a tropical paradise for some, a disaster waiting to happen to most, and home to others. I feel this is how she is in personality, hense it is a perfect name. Her nickname is Sam.
gender: I've decided that Sam is a sassy female with heaps to offer, and I couldn't see her

favorite fruit: Samoana is addicted to pineapple. It is a fruit which is grown in her 'Home' country of Samoana, she loves how it is a challenge to break into then receiving the amazing reward that lay beneath the surface.
describe the taste of this fruit!: At first the taste is bland, chewy and a little dry until you break through that tough layer of skin. The second those juiced from the pulp touch your touch they dance and send you back in time to where you were exploring the ocean, or maybe to when you had holidayed, or maybe to when you were a child. For Sam it takes her back to the place she loves, the place she calls home, the place in which she is named after. The sweet and watery taste of pineapple fills her with memories and dreams to come.

personality: Sam is a guess bag of confusion! She has a disease which is rather uncommon but well known, and it is called Bi-polar. She often can be very quiet, calm and reserved although she can turn into a complete spaz where she is incredibly spunky, vibrant and joyful.
She has three stages of her personality which will be covered below;
Stage 1:
The quiet normal version of Sam where she is very loving, loyal, quiet and calm. When Sam is in this stage of emotion she sits back and observes instead of participating. She still enjoys the company of others although will prefer to sit back and smile. Others around her prefer to hang around Sam when she is in stage one.
Stage 2:
The depressed version of Sam where she is very reserved, incredibly on edge and has a lot of anxiety. When Sam is in this stage of emotion she removes herself from situations where she can become agitated and ignores others around her. She generally visits this mood once or twice a day depending on the situation around her. Lucky enough for Sam, her companions understand that she can become like this and understand how to deal with her.
Stage 3:
The outrageous version of Sam where she is bubbly, bright and outgoing. When Sam is in this stage of emotion she involves herself in every conversation and becomes a hyped energy bubble. Sam is always bouncing around and playful when she is in this mood, and though she is very outgoing in this stage her friends tend to stand back because she is incredibly insane when she becomes hyped and can be a bit of a handful. Generally after this stage she goes back to stage 2 because no one wants to participate in the madness.

Samoana's favourite song is 'Snakes Start To Sing' by Bring Me The Horizon. They're her favourite band because she can relate to them. With her bi-polar issues she finds comfort in listening to their music.

PLACE:

Her favourite place to be is in under the shady willow trees by the water. She can be alone here but also in a happy and relaxing place. The songs of birds above, the swishing of the water below all create a wonderful atmosphere that Sam surrounds herself in.

ANIMAL:

Sam's favourite animals are birds. Specifically Blue birds, which coincidently have a similar colour palette to her own colours. She loves their song and their size.

THING IN THE WHOLE WORLD:

That would HAVE to be her blackened chain which she wraps around her neck as a necklace and her tail. She found it lying at the bottom of the river where she calls home. She where's it everywhere and is always thinking of where it came from and what it's history was.

CS PET:

Being an adoptable created on the almighty Chicken Smoothie, she has to have her favourite CS Adoptable! Malk's May 2009 Water Cat. That is her all time favourite pet on CS. & I can tell you she is so disappointed that it's the only one of that set that I don't have so she can't play with it... The last kitteh...

COLOUR:

Her favourite colour is a teal blue which is also the colour of her eyes. She sees her reflection in the water and dreams of seeing the colour in other places. She fills with such joy when she sees the beautiful colour.

SMOOTHIE FLAVOUR:

Well, obviously it's pineapple... but she also really enjoy's a mix of mango as well as banana... Actually I'm pretty sure she started dribbling when we talked about 'Smoothies'. *dribble down screen* Yup... She's dribbling....

VIDEO GAME:

Sam is strange, but loves Red Dead Redemption. But it has to be on Playstation... She really despises XBOX for some reason... I don't think she knows why...
