what's your favorite holiday tradition?;; Peppermint pie is very simple in recipe but not so simple as to be on everyone's table this Holliday season. A tradition that I learned from my grandmother it needs only two ingredients: peppermint stick ice cream and an Oreo cookie crust. And let's add some love in there to give it a surprise <3 You can eat it right away or put it in the freezer for later. It can also be made in sandwich form with the famous chocolate wafer (no, it's really what the brand is called!) it's delicious, unique, and something that always keeps my family in mind during this festive time of the year!
