Just wondering if there is any one specific user who is in charge of handing out spam warnings, and if there is a place people could see a list of banned names? I think this would be a more effective way for 'crowd control', since that seems to be the issue here. Too many people posting without reading the warnings. :c

Yes, I am handing out the bans.

I have a personal list and all staff who participate in this event are aware of who is on it. It's effective for us. While many people do not read, it just helps cut down on the forms we have to go through when judging-- if you want to look at it that way. We've got everything under control, thank you. ^^

Also we aren't publicly posting the bans from this event, as we don't wish to embarass other users or cause them to be viewed negatively otherwise.

Yes, you are absolutely correct ^^ The instant you win one you are immediately disqualified from all other competitions you have entered for the gotcha bubbles.
