Personality: Kidd is the bright spot in anybody's day. He is always on the bright side, and is friendly fun and fast. Hell let you cry on him if needed, and will always be there to cheer you up or cheer you on.

Story: It was a nice and warm day in the spring, beautiful as always and the sounds of birds in the trees and whinnies could be heard in the air. The breeze was also warm and gentle to boot, and one young girl was out riding a lovely palomino Thoroughbred down the path towards the race track's practice track. The young stallion tossed his head and whinnied, and the girl giggled as she reined him in and softly spoken words seemed to calm him down, "Easy boy, we're almost there." At the track, she rode him through the gate in the fence of the practice track, then backed him up to it so she could close it. After, she rode him up to the starting point, then set him free to run as he pleased, allowing him his head and only giving him the smallest and subtlest of cues at times, but otherwise this was his time to show what he had. When they were good and tired, she rode him back out of the race grounds, down the path and back to the Riverbend, bedding him down and playing with his mane for a few minutes then leaving him to rest for the next day.

History: This young stallion was brought to the ranch when his previous owners were found beating and abusing him, because they would not give him another chance after he lost a race or two under them. Two kind volunteers of the ranch brought him in and set him free in the field, and boy could he run, man. They saw that he was bound and determined and had great spirit, and that he was trying his hardest with this, and so they called a lawyer to take the owners to court. Well, while that was going on the young rider Jessi, whom was a helper at the Riverbend and was also living with them there because she had no where left to go, came with one of the older helpers to the ranch to pick up Kidd, and it was instantly love at first sight, believably for both girl and horse. He was brought back to the Riverbend, where Jessi, whom seemed to have been raised with racehorses or at least worked with the, at one time. began to ride him, taking him out to the nearby track and letting him run to his heart's content. After about a week, the leasing period was up and he had to be brought back, but Jessi was really hoping he might be allowed to come back to the Riverbend, to stay.

Quirks: He has the habit of trying to eat too much oats at once. He tries to horse dance but isn't very good at it. He may or may not try to get up into trees sometimes. He likes the water and swimming, but hates baths.

Skills: He is rather good at Jumping and Dressage.

But he is bad at Reining and Barrel Racing.
