What is your favourite thing to eat/drink when it cold out? I shouldn't, but I tend to enjoy eating/drinking flavored crushed ice beverages. (I don't know the exact name for them, they often go by brand names in the US, like ICEE, Slush Puppie, and Slurpee.) Those warm beverages? Mom usually has to force them down my throat in the winter to warm me up! It's not that I don't enjoy them... I just like these ice beverages too much! I counter my mother's worry of my turning into a popsicle-d human, by wrapping up in a warm blanket by the fireplace -- while sipping my icee, of course! My favorite flavor would have to be blue raspberry, but what I enjoy most about these drinks is that you can mix and match the flavors to create something new altogether! Despite it being a cold drink, for some odd reason, I find that I drink them more often in the colder seasons than I do when it's hot out! There's something about a fruity or soda flavor, with that chilly sting of ice that just gives me a festive, chilly feeling to get me into the winter mood!
Would you rather ice skate or go sledding?
Oh, most definitely sledding! I detest ice skates, for the sole reason that I'm terrible at it. While I enjoy watching others ice skate, and feel jealousy when they look amazing, I have never built myself up to actually attempt to practice, to see if maybe I could get better. Instead, I join my brothers out on the hills and in the chilly snow! Immediately behind our house, the ground slants down to create this big hill that is perfect for sledding - and we don't even have to leave home to do so! We enjoy creating little jumps by packing the snow together, or creating snowmen to bowl over or as obstacles to avoid. At the top of the hill, ice is often buried underneath the snow - we like to find this ice and unbury it to get a fast start! Sometimes my little brother and I get in a two person sled, though we tend to crash the most while doing this, often because each of us wants to take different directions, and our decisions clash! It's all fun and games though, and usually leads to snow-ball fights, and then my brothers teaming up on the double-person sled to race against me! So, while I can be jealous of ice-skaters, I will always be someone who would rather get out a sleek sled and race it down to the bottom of a snowy hill!
What might you like the quipping to look like? I have two favorite styles of quipping that I like the most! The first is where the quipping starts on the face and trails down the flanks in long, thin stripes. Examples [x] [x] [x] [x]
My other favorite style is where the quipping is not popping out at you in light or dark colors, but where it is just a subtle difference from the base coat, starting from the top and fading towards the middle. Examples [x] [x] [x] [x]
As for the color of the quipping, I'm not picky! I could enjoy something lighter than the base coat, and I could enjoy something darker than the base coat. I think whatever you as the artist could decide on would look wonderful!
