Afua is very caring and protective, though can be stubborn at times. Afua is fairly outgoing and is a brave warrior, though he doesn't like war or battle. He is kind and merciful, as his name suggests and takes care of anyone in need. He also loves children and takes care of them and protects them whenever he can or it is needed.
Afua is a teen
The Test
Afua lifted his head from his paws to the sound of a young boy. “Help, somebody please help!” He took off running towards the sound. “I'm coming! Hang in there!” He approached a young Sima. “What is it, what's wrong?” Afua asked. “It.... It's got my mommy!” The little boy said, looking off towards a gigantic rat dragging a Sima away. “Darn those ROUS's.” Afua cursed. “I'll get her, just stay here and whatever you do, don't go near them.” He took off as fast as he could in the direction of the giant rats. Afua approached the ROUS and struck it with his paw. Surprised, the ROUS dropped the boys mom and turned towards Afua. “Run!” He said to the Sima. “Get out of here and be careful!” The ROUS struck at Afua and tackled him. Afua pushed the animal off and struck it again. The ROUS clawed him on the nose just before Afua hit it's leg, injuring it enough for it to run off. When he turned around, however, Afua saw another ROUS about to attack the boy. He took off, taking out his sword in the process. “Get back!” He said, though the sound was muffled from the sword in his mouth. The ROUS smirked and turned towards Afua. “Just leave the boy alone.” He said. “Oh I'll leave him alone for now, but once you're gone there will be no one to stop me. “I'll protect them both with my life.” The boy's mother said. “Ma'am get back! I can handle this!” Afua said. The ROUS attacked Afua but he quickly counter-attacked, cutting off it's toe. The ROUS yelped and ran off towards it's brother, slightly off balanced from it's lack of toe. The mother looked towards Afua. “You're hurt. It got you on the nose.” She said. “Come back to our home and let me clean it for you.”
The Crowning
“Thank you.” The mother said as she tended to his wound. “How could we ever thank you?” Afua looked up at the Sima. “You needn't do anything for me.” He said. “I ask nothing in return.” The young boy walked up to the two Simas. “But we have to do something. You're like a prince.” Afua laughed silently. “I am indeed no prince.” He said. “Well you deserve to be one.” The little boy replied. “You're brave and kind, that's what makes a prince isn't it?” He walked off to his room in search for something. “He's right.” The boys mother said. “All you need to be a prince is a kind heart and a brave soul.” They were silent for a moment, then the boy came back with a book and an armor headpiece. “I've been reading this book.” The boy started. “It's about this boy who was the bravest knight of them all. He was very kind too, and one day, he did something really amazing and He became a prince. So doesn't that mean you can too?” Afua looked at the boy and smiled. “And all the knight had to do to become a prince was wear a crown and some guy said, you are now a prince.” The boy held up the Armor headpiece. “So will you be a prince?” Afua smiled and knelt down to the boy. They little one placed the headpiece on Afua's head and said, “You are now a prince.” The mother looked at the two boys and smiled. “You will always be our prince.” She whispered.

Afua loves to protect and help anyone in need and is always lending a helpful hand. He is a strong fighter when needed but is also full of kindness. He is very humble and merciful and is always giving others a second chance.
Afua can be stubborn at times and doesn't know how to say no to someone in need, even if it means he could get hurt.
Most of all Afua loves to help others in need but when he isn't helping out he loves to read and draw. He loves to read sci-fi/fantasy stories most of all but he will read pretty much anything. Afua loves to draw characters from the books he reads and make the books come to life. Sometimes if the book ends in a way he doesn't like he will come up with his own ending or continue it on for a while.
Afua hates to see anyone get hurt and always thinks there is something he could have done to save them. He also hates endings to anything.
The headpiece he wears did not come with the armor. He once saved a young boy and that boy gave him the headpiece as a thank you because the boy believed Afua deserved to be a prince and that headpiece was the closest thing to a crown that the boy could give. Afua never takes it off and it reminds him why he helps everyone, because if he didn't who would have given them hope.
