Jagachandra means "moon of the universe" and is an Indian (India) name form for boys.
However, the name also has other meanings. I chose it because the moon is sometimes used to represent darkness, so people take it for granted. They don't think about the light the moon shines on our lonely Earth in even the darkest night.
