It was always a terrible omen to be born on a dark day.

The sky was mourning, for it was full of dirty gray clouds and rain, like bits of cold glass, was falling down mercilessly, relentlessly bowing the weak grass to its will. Lightning flashed; one sudden silver streak searing the sky.

The she-kiamara, once-glossy pelt drenched to the skin, gritted her teeth and squinted against the tirade of rain as she used her shivering body to shield her screaming newborn pup, her willpower to protect her flesh and blood strengthened by the thought that the morning would be here soon.

Thunder roared, a feral sound in the steady drumming of rain, and the first prick of light starting inching out from behind the faraway hills.

"Mark my words, you're utter poison, Miss Nameless," spat the kiamara, his tail stretched out, stiff and tense.

"Shut up, you dummy. If you have a problem, go run to your mommy. " The anger that rose up in my was surprisingly comforting. It made me strong, it made others weak. I jerked my head aside disdainfully after shooting him an icy glare, signaling that I had no more business with him. He opened his mouth as if to say more, and not daring to show my weakness, I let the fire of anger harden and tense all the fibres in my body, making my tongue tingle.

My 'opponent' closed his mouth, clenched his jaws and ran; but not before I heard a stifled cry of burning hurt escaping his mouth.

I ought to feel bad. I knew I should feel sympathy, empathy, notions of apology.

I couldn't.

I had no time for repentant feelings; a mocking triumph seared and burned all other feelings away. That triumph stood me tall and straight; I laughed. How good it felt, to injure and disarm people so easily.

As I sauntered my way home I began to think about my name. My parents didn't care for me - they were always busy with work and whatnot. I didn't care, anyway; I could take care of myself.

The glint of the sun on several inky-blue berries caught my attention.

Deadly Nightshade, or Belladonna in Latin. Beautiful.

But poisonous.

The rosy-pink of happiness bloomed over the angry red of my feelings. I knew my name, at long last.

Wasn't I 'venomous' in personality?

"I'm Belladonna," I said out loud.

Ｎａｍｅ ；； If I was to win this handsome devil, his name would be Beetee
"Avox" Alexander.The name Beetee I got from my all time favourite book - Hunger
Games: Catching Fire. Beetee is the male tribute from District 3, but the name
itself doesn't have a meaning, at least not one I could find. But I think the fact it
has no meaning makes it the perfect fitting name for this kia. Not only because
it has a nice, catchy ring to it making it easy to remember; but because it can
gain it's own meaning based on what others see in Beetee, and how his personality
reflects him.

Alexander, however, does have a meaning. Alexander is Greek for "Defender of
Mankind". Not only do I find this a very fitting name for Beetee, it is also the
name of my Best Friend. Her favorite character from Catching Fire is Beetee, but
honestly I just think Alexander is a really great sounding last name. <3

Avox, as you may have noticed by the quotation marks, is simply what Beetee's
friends and family call him. His nickname. Therefore, it shall be explained later.

I am DragonInAPiBox, preferably known as Kaycee or Pi. I am the owner of two precious Kias - Puma and Eragon - and would love to add this boy to my little family of two. <3

I am fairly active in the community. I get on the fanforum rather often, but don't post on there much anymore since there's rarely any people on when I am. I also get on the fanclub and post multiple times every day I'm online, I even check it constantly to make sure i don't miss anything. So, you wouldn't need to worry about me letting Beetee sit to collect dust. <3

Ｇｅｎｄｅｒ ；； Beetee would be male. :3 I see how someone else could see this Kiamara as female, I really do. But Beetee is 100% male in my eyes, and there's nothing nobody could do to change that. <3 Even with his bright mane and lively expression, this Kiamara was male from the second I saw it, and that's what I intend to keep him. <3


Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ ；；
Quiet - Protective - Gruff

Avox is, as you may have guessed from his story,
extremely quiet. He prefers to keep to himself a lot,
and isn't to social. He will, however, hold as much
conversation as he can without talking if someone
starts the conversation themselves.

And even though he is very anti-social, Avox can get
very protective and father-like when he thinks the few
he has managed to make friends with are in danger. Avox,
however, can get a little fierce while trying to protect
people, making him appear a little....scary. He means well,
though, and it's not his fault he is the way he is. It's simply
reflexes, and the way he was raised. He doesn't want his
friends to choose to be mute like he did, so he'll do anything
to keep them safe.

Avox is also very stern, and gruff. He is definitely an
older kiamara, and like most the old guys I know isn't a
big softie. He believes in discipline, but knows there is
a fine line between that and abuse. If he was ever to have
children, which may or may not happen, he would raise
them the way he wanted to be. It's just the way he is, but
perhaps having children, or at least a mate, could soften
him up just a little? :3

He may seem like a mean, tough guy at first. And maybe
even rude, since he won't talk to you. But to be honest, Avox
is just misunderstood - and I'm sure there's a softie buried
deep down in there somewhere. <3 It would just take proper
introduction to the kia community, and other kiamaras, to
bring it out. :3 After all, Avox is rather Reclusive, and it
would take some socialization to get rid of some of that.

Ｂｅｈｉｎｄ Ｔｈｅ Ｎａｍｅ ；；
"Every scar I have, makes me who I am."

When Beetee was born, the name given to him was what few know him as. That name was Beetee. He keeps this name buried deep in his heart and memory, for it is all he now holds from his past.

But there is a name. A very odd name, I might add, that Beetee now goes by.

That name is Avox.

You see, Beetee is selectively mute. Meaning he can talk, but chooses not to. Not even to those he loves dearly. If he would speal, Beetee would tell you he had forgotten how, and has even forgotten what his voice sounds like. That may very well be true.

But, no one just becomes mute like that. Not without reason...right? Beetee's favorite thing to make as a child was small explosives.

Beetee's father was strict, and disapproved, so strict he unintentionally abused his son. Not physically, of course. He would never do that. Instead, Beetee's father abused him verbally. Always telling him to man up, scolding Beetee if he did something wrong. He was strict when it came to Beetee's explosives. His father always yelled at him for those, and how they were stupid and worthless.

When Beetee was about seventeen, he stopped talking completely. It was out of fear. The fear that one day, he would hurt those he loved in the same way they hurt him. He would never do it on purpose, even if he did talk. But better safe than sorry.

Eventually, those he knew started calling him Avox. He really didn't mind...as long as it wasn't something hurtful, he'd let you call him anything. This went on for a few years, and the name seemed to stick. To this day, Beetee is known as Avox. Not only does he like the name, it gives him a new beginning.

Now you may be wondering...why Avox? In the Hunger Games, an Avox is an individual who is a political opponent or has displeased the Capitol. After capturing this person, the Capitol removes his/her tongue, rendering him/her mute and forces him/her into slavery.

I found it very fitting, as it sounds nice with Beetee's, or should I say Avox's, name. Avox is, in some way, a slave to himself. He does not speak, as if his tongue was cut out. And overall, it is a very fitting name for him.

Ａｖｏｘ＇ｓ Ｆｕｔｕｒｅ ；；

You may want to know what I plan on
doing, if I was to win Avox. Well, first off I
would start finding him RP partners. Nothing
romantic, of course. I would definitely wait
a while before even thinking about a mate for
him.

I would also draw him nonstop, like I already do.
Avox already makes multiple appearances in my
school books, as well as in all the notebooks I have
laying around the house. I would love to be able to
draw him more, without the fear of them going to
waste in my books.

And, of course, I would add him to my ask.fm, made
specifically for my Kiamaras. He would join Puma and
Eragon, and I find this one of the most fun ways(Besides
Roleplays) to develop characters further. It would be
even more interesting with Avox, as he is in fact mute.

Basically, I would do everything in my power to care for
him. Even though Avox is just pixels, I would treat him
as something more. Kiamaras are one of the reasons I
love this site, so if I won, I would definitely care for him.

Ｔｈｅｍｅ Ｓｏｎｇ ；；
The Hanging Tree

Avox's theme song, I've decided, will be "The
Hanging Tree". The Hanging Tree is a song from
the last Hunger Games book, but I think this specific
cover of it is extremely beautiful. It has a lot of
emotion, and that's the main reason it fits Avox.

The person singing the song was a dead man calling for
his lover to come join him in death. It meant that a life
of torture must have not been worth living. But for Avox,
it is. He may have a hard life, but what doesn't kill you
makes you stronger. Avox wants his friends to join him,
to make his life happier. "Where the dead man called
out for his love to flee," if you prefer.

I am the one and only HellBabe, I have no nickname or shortened but you can figure something out if you want. This would be my first Kiamara.


{ ~ Name ~ }

I would have to call this baby Semitosis. I don't know why, honestly I just think that it sounds good and suits him. It isn't quite the best name but he doesn't mind it, in fact he loves it. Makes him feel strong apparently.


{ ~ Gender ~ }

I debated this quite a lot when I was thinking about trying out and I seriously see him as a guy but at the same time he has this female ring to him as well so I've decided(with permission) that Semitosis will be a hermaphrodite with a Male prefix.


{ ~ Personality ~ }

Semitosis is a strange one really. His personality is very altering on who is around and what's in his head at the time. Semi is a kind and caring Kiamara when he is around friends and family but is rude and nasty around people he doesn't like. He is active and commonly loves moving but is shy and antisocial when faced with new people. He isn't afraid of anything and loves to let his friends know that he is fearless and brave, reminding them he was brought up with mutants.

While Semitosis is both active and kind he also loves to be mischievous and causing trouble is what this little Kia does best. Pranks and distractions are his high point and knows every in and out of any prank you can think of. This mind is always full of thinking a step ahead. He will prank anyone who is on his bad list so Kia's beware when Semi is around cause one slip up and you may be put on his list.


Semitosis is also a book worm. I bet your saying, "What?" yes. The mischievous trouble maker loves to read a lot. He enjoys Romances and mystery books the most and it has to be long to suite him. He hates short books, getting really involved and it ends. As well as reading he loves to write them as well. He enjoys making up stories about either him or his friends, it's something he adores the most although he isn't the best at it.


Semitosis also has hhigh depression levels and a social anxiety which is the main cause to his shyness around people, trying to avoid talking to them as he often starts rumbling off random things before beginning to hyperventilate. He doesn't like either of his dramas but cannot fully get over them, no matter what he tries.


{ ~ How he got his name ~ }

Semitosis. A strange name in most eyes but the name of perfection to his mother. Semi meaning Half and Osis meaning Deceased or Mordid so in theory his name means half dead. But this doesn't explain much. Well you see, when Semit was born he was born dead, he wasn't breathing and refused to breath for quite a while until suddenly his first breath was drawn. For his pup stage he didn't grow as fast as others his age and was slower both mentally and physically but his mother still loved him. It was his abnormal disease that cause the family worry, the fact that Semitosis has both sexual organs, a hermaphrodite. This didn't worry Semit at all, he wasn't fussed about not being a boy or a girl but as a teenager he made the decision to be known with a male prefix, after consistent picking from the other teens. So his whole life Semitosis had a well fitting name as even now he is still smaller than he should be and still acts very morbid at times.



{ ~ Emotions ~ }

Happy - This emotion is one of the main emotions Semitotis shows, although he doesn't like his life he is still happy.

Angry - Semi has a bit of a short temper so he is sometimes a little angry but not that commonly.

Upset - the tears of an upset Semitotis is an average thing. He isn't always too bad but commonly upset.

Nervous - Semi's anxiety makes for a very nervous Kiamara. He doesn't like it but he stresses often.

Estatic - when a joyful moment arrives Semitosis is the first to let you know, his large smile and annoying laugh.

Indifferent - another emotion Semitosis often wears. He doesn't often care bout things and others.

Content - simple, pleasant and over all content is something Semi has issues expressing but it happens.




{ ~ Life Line ~ }

Pup life - Semitosis had a pretty average life as a pup, he was loved and happy and loved to explore and meet New people, he loved to run around when given the chance and play when he could. Semi was scared of nothing in his younger days, he would conquer everything if he could. He was a happy pup with a great life ahead of him as he grew up positive with his actions and himself.

Teen Life - But growing up became tough, his body issues became a hassle and the bullying became consistent and made him change. Semitosis began to smoke and became a social outcast, sticking to himself and remaining tucked away, becoming terrified of others. He remained human or Anthro, avoiding his canine form at all costs.

Adult life - But things settled as he grew older, he started seeing others again but remained distant and hard to communicate with. He started playing the guitar and keeping himself busy. He still smokes but not as much as his teen years. He has settle a lot and is getting better with social and emotional stress and his canine form became more common but still worried him when in it.




His feathers - when he was 18 Semitosis got his feathers, he got them from a bird who he met and became close to. Though he did like to talk, the pair knew what one another was talking about. But when the young bird decided it was time to leave, Semi didn't agree and attacked the bird, allowing his golden feathers to fall before it took off. Semi keeps the feathers for safe keeping. Memories.
