lemondropkitten, but feel free to
call me Lemondrop or Lemon. I own one other Kiamara,
my darling Keridana, and have been looking to get another.
I saw this lovely and decided I must try for him.

Name:
Yukon - you-con -
He was named after the Yukon river in Alaska, as
that is where he grew up. Yukon
means "great river" in Gwich'in.
However, the river was called Kuigpak,
or "big river," in Central Yup'ik.

Gender:
Male.
Yukon is a very quiet male. He much prefers the
company of females to the company
of other males.

Age:
Yukon left his home to
begin his travels when he
was seventeen. He is now
currently 24.

Personality:
Quiet.
Yukon is very quiet. This is thought to be because he is usually
never around anyone, but actually, it is because he simply does not
find the need to communicate and talk to others that necessary. Usually, if
he ever finds himself in a conversation, he will just grunt with
an annoyed look on his face. When traveling, usually alone unless he
winds up in a town somewhere, he he almost never makes a
sound. The only noise he makes is the rhythmic sound of
his paws as they hit the ground.

Believes what he sees in front of him.
Yukon, truly, believes only what he can see, or is scientifically proven. He
doesn't believe in ghosts, magic, mythic creatures, any god or god-like figure,
and other things along those lines. For example, if someone
walked over to him claiming they had just seen a cryptid, he
would just snort in disbelief and go to laugh in a corner
somewhere. He sometimes can insult others, mostly (somewhat)
accidentally, by laughing at their religions and beliefs. He
can be quite awkward when it comes to others beliefs. Yukon
only believes in something that, as said earlier, is scientifically
proven, but he still likes to confirm that by seeing for
himself. Which is one reason he travels, by foot (unless
crossing an ocean or something, when he gets a ride on plain or boat,
preferring a boat) across the world. To see things with his very
own eyes. He does, however, enjoy studying and watching
other societies that have a strong religion.
He finds it interesting.

Not quite an atheist.
Although Yukon does not believe in any god or god-like figure along with other
things, he is still not entirely closed to the possibility, at some level deep down.
Though he may laugh at people who believe in ghosts, gods, demons, and
stuff like that, he still, somewhat respects their decision, in his own
words, to "ignore scientific facts." Mostly, he just walks and away from
people who tell him their beliefs, chortling to himself. Most people
have learned not to tell Yukon their beliefs, or mention them, as
people have learned how closely Yukon sticks to scientific
facts, and what he has seen on his travels.

Stubborn.
Once Yukon's mind is made up, no one can change it. He is
extremely stubborn, refusing to listen if he does not like what you
are saying. If you happen to find yourself in an argument with Yukon,
you will find he always has a good comeback, and is usually the
one to win the argument (unless it is an argument about beliefs,
in which usually Yukon just ends up trotting away, laughing.) Yukon
can be very fierce in arguments, or very calm. It just
depends on the situation, really. Yukon's stubbornness often causes
him to get in trouble, but he doesn't care. When someone
asks "Why are you so stubborn?" He will reply with "It is my
personality," before walking away, which is how he often
ends conversations. Yukon is certainly a stubborn.

Skeptical and untrusting.
Yukon is very skeptical of everything and everyone. Even though something
is scientifically proven, he still almost always wants to see it for himself.
When he meets someone new, he sits and considers them for a moment.
Should he talk to them or not? Where did they come from? He asks himself
those and various questions every time he runs into someone new, or even
someone he already knows. If someone tells Yukon something, he will
question it, if not verbally, in his head. Yukon trusts absolutely no
one except himself and scientific facts, and as said above, he still has a
need to see things for himself before he truly believes them. His untrusting
of other people may be caused by the fact he prefers to be alone, and
that he almost never makes friends (when he does, it is mostly
females who have a personality close to his.) and he says that
the only person he would ever trust is his mate, if he ever
actually desired and found a mate, that is.

Determined.
Yukon is a very determined kia. When he sets his mind on doing something, he
does it. When he gets exhausted on his travels, his determination keeps him
going. His determination to win an argument helps him to win it. If he's
looking for something, his determination helps him find it. A lot of people
consider him as the most stubborn and determined kia they have met.
Being determined isn't always good, though, like being
stubborn, Yukon does not care. He considers his
determination an asset of his personality.

I decided to choose this inspired by the beautiful speech at the front hehe. But not only because of that speech, I would like to call him Cosmo because he looks so adventurous and mischevious and I see him so unique. He deserves a name from out of this world! ;P

Cosmo is a very adventurous little guy. He enjoys exploring and meeting new people. Cosmo is a very kind Kiamara, but occasionally his bright bubbly and outgoing personality can seem intimidating to others. Cosmo prefers to be isolated due to his exciting and vibrant personality. He can have fun without other Kia's chasing him around. But Of course, loves the attention from ladies. What can I say, he's a ladies man, but isn't up to putting himself out there like that.
