Why did you choose this pic? Her pattern reminds me of early spring mornings at my grandpa's lake when I was a kid. The muddy, earthen brown reminds me of the cold, hard mud that's just flecked with snow that's melted everywhere but on top of the ice itself. This picture is as close as I can get to that - my step-grandmother moved away and all but disappeared after his death, and I don't know what she did with them.
