Many would say her bright personality warms up the heart of every creature she meets. She's clever, independent, friendly, and courageous. Some think she was a pirate in her last life.

⚓Backstory
Nanami grew up in a orphanage and always dreamed of traveling. Once she was of age to decide for herself. She gathered the courage to become a pioneer traveling the seven seas. In her travels, she met Christopher Columbus, Ferdinand Magellan, and Francisco Pizarro. Many have said to have met her in their travels. She has become a legend to the point that many have guessed her age to be alive today. Today, she still seeks adventure upon someones vessel. Venturing into unchartered waters.

Kind; Cai is naturally kind. Being raised to be a gentleman by his mother, he respects anyone he comes across. He doesn't grow a true opinion of anyone until he's known them better. He does do a lot of favors without anything in return for his friends and family though, and is often tricked into doing stuff for his lazy acquaintances. Though he is happy to do anything for them either way.
Daring; Cai seems to have no fears, nearly doing the impossible without a thought. Though he does have fears, he lives by facing what he fears to earn bravery. If his friends dare him to do anything, he'll do it, and only cares to face his doubts, not to look cool, or make an impression.
Smart; Cai has been called a nerd for various areas he has knowledge of, but he doesn't exactly care. He likes being smart and knowledgeable. He mostly studies literature and biological sciences.
Bookworm; Cai reads himself to sleep every night, something his mother used to do for him. It's a special connection for him. Though this aside, Cai practically grew up with his nose in a book. His favorite author is J.R.R. Tolkien. He will nerd out over Tolkien's Hobbit for hours if the subject is brought up.
Writer; His inspiration being J.R.R. Tolkien, Cai has taken on the writing lifestyle, and writes his own novels. He finds happiness in writing, and someday hopes to publish his own stories for others to enjoy. He specifically likes to write fantasy and sci-fi stories.

Backstory ;; 'A normal life, for the most part'
Cai lived a fairly normal life. The only major tragedy being the death of his mother during his teen years. He spent so much time with her, since he grew up without a father, and she became his best, and only, friend. Cai was taught at home so he didn't get the average social activities other young Makos did. Though he grew up smart, thanks to his mother, and he knows she was happy with the way he ended up, and lives by this thought. Cai didn't really interact with others until after the death of his mother, and it was hard. He didn't have any advice to pull him through, and joining a group was stressful and what he strived for. Once he stopped trying to be what others wanted, his soon-to-be friends came to him and encouraged him until his current stand-point.

Pet ;; 'A starfish is my friend, and he does what I do.'
Though some find it odd that Cai has a pet starfish, he loves the little bugger like a brother. He's owned the cutie for about a year, and has given him the name Cyan. Cai owns a water-trapping ball he can put Cyan into to take him anywhere he wants. He keeps Cyan and the ball connected to him by a scarf his ties around his neck to let the tiny blue starfish see the world and live a different life from other starfish.
